I spoke with H+L a week or so ago, then emailed BLU but didn't receive anything back. I think someone managed to get in touch with the NOMAD.

The H+L issue is driving me insane.

BLU hasn't provided info to HL as part of their MIFID II requirements for costs and charges.

I was looking to add a few weeks back, but couldn't.

I emailed Blue star directly. I tried to phone them but the number on their website doesn't work :/ , a bit disconcerting

I couldn't fathom as to why they need cost and charge information ... its an equity, trades on a spread, not NAV. Unless HL want Fund fact sheets, KIIDS etc.

Spoke with HL this morning, they said BLU haven't provided the necessary data to them regarding MIFID 2 - costs and charges details, so can't buy.

Bottom went in a few weeks ago I'd say. Been using ARKK as a barometer, making higher lows and consolidating. Essentially FED can't hike without pulling the house of cards down, might get a bit of a pull back tomorrow in the US session, but it won't be as severe as we should start to see a de end rally into September's FED meeting. Still a few bumps in the road, but almost there.

Personally ... I don't think so. I'm sure such buy out discussions happen on all these boards. At least with these volumes traded, and the large blocks of trades after hours today ... hoping that it clears the decks for a move higher.

Seems like MM accumulation ... for the ride higher ... as the RNS was positive, so by pulling down the SP it will create some panic sells.

... the rig exceeded expectations ... looks very positive so far.
