I don't think it is possible to compare the daily market capital of a producer with debts and expenses to what we have with Empire at the moment especially as kenmare had a recent takeover offer collapse which has impacted on its market value.

As has been pointed out Empire will probably have a significantly higher mineral resource at a better grade

Pg 33 of the kenmare report here https://www.kenmareresources.com/our-business/reserves-and-resources/ shows the breakdown of kenmare's mineral resources and estimates And a large proportion of that is in the lower inferred category.

And as also stated kenmere is primarily selling the feedstock which (especially with the new recruits announced today) doesn't seem to be the plan for Empire.

The purpose and benefit of these boards should be the mutual exchange of information and research for the benefit of old and potential shareholders and whilst that is currently diminished by the fact that a large percentage of the daily chat posts are currently green boxes it doesn't mean questions should be discouraged.

That's 14.20p 120.34% up in the last month

And 18.90p 266.20% on the year to date.

If you had asked any long term holder on the 1st January 2025 would they be happy with 26p a share on the 3rd July 2025 with a MRE due within the next 8 weeks I am pretty confident of the answer

They will need to negotiate payment of royalties or purchase of the land. They seem to have a good relationship with the owners of the land given all the drilling done to date and in reality it's arable farmland that there is plenty of so it shouldn't be too difficult to get agreements.

Ultimately it depends what the end product is i.e pigment is one thing sponge is another but our location in Australia is highly relevant given the main sources are currently in China and Mozambique.

MRE Drilling Programme

The location and spacing of the planned AC drillholes have been designed, with the input of mineral resource consultants Snowden-Optiro, to provide the necessary drill assay data density to allow the preparation of an MRE at the Thomas Prospect. The programme consists of 124 AC drillholes, on a 400 x 200m drillhole-spaced grid with an average forecast depth of 54.1m, for a total of 6,700 metres, and 40 RC drillholes within the AC drilling grid, to a depth of 100m, for a total of 4,000 metres. The overall drillhole grid extends 5.2km by 2.2km and totals an area of 11.4 sq km (refer Figure 1).

7700000 of these were exercised on 29th January 2025

Looking at the final results I suspect these are the warrants of 23rd Sept 2023 and 30th September 2024.
