Of 2nd september 2025 you missed the paragraph titled

Financial

As an exploration and development group which has no revenue, we are reporting a loss for the six months ended 30 June 2025 of £1,704,821 (30 June 2024: loss of £1,389,318).

In May 2025, the Company announced that it had raised £4.5 million before expenses by way of a placing of 47,368,423 new ordinary shares of no par value to new and existing investors at 9.5p per share.

The Group's cash position as at 30 June 2025 was £6.3 million.

With the end of the period being 30th June 2025

Where it says Cash and cash equivalents at beginning of period 3,521,515

Or the

Cash and cash equivalents at end of period 6,317,265

Bobby can you indicate where in the interim accounts released earlier this month (where it stated the cash position as at 30th June 2025 was £6.3million) that the current cash position is £3million? Just wanting to confirm the facts you are basing your statements on

Based on the September interim accounts stating value of assets held for sale at £371,267 i suspect but dont know that they are looking for aus$750000 to a $1000000 for Eclipse but that is just speculation on my part.

In the interim statement in September they stated

The Company continue to work on a potential divestment of the Eclipse project and are actively engaged with a number of Australian companies operating in the gold mining sector to find a buyer. Management are committed to the sale of the Eclipse licence.

Regarding Walton because that is another linkup with century minerals on a 70/30 basis i suspect they will be happy just to keep it in the background

In relation to Austria the website says

Empire undertook several drill programmes, field work and confirmatory surveys at each project between 2011 and 2014. The projects are now being held at a minimal cost with a view to divestment.

Given the lack of recent work on the Austrian licenses I suspect their value won't be sufficient enough to warrant serious attempts to market them at this time.

They have over 6.3 million in the bank as of end of June. Plus monies from options. No drilling planned and so its just salaries and testing costs so say 2million costs ever 6 months that's 18 month runway easy

There may not be any tracker funds but exposure on the aim100 will encourage fund managers to look at eee more closely

As you know the chart is on Google but its like comparing apples to oranges then to pears and then to a watermelon.

The company originally incorporated as Gold Mining Company Limited on February 10, 2010 with 37million shares.

It later became Noricum Gold Limited, and in 2016 announces that it intends to change its name to Georgian Mining Corporation (EPIC: GEO). Noricum is also proposing to consolidate the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. That consolidation was from 4.7b shares to 47million.

In 2020 it changed from GEo to Empire.

It has changed location numerous times and had various licences. It only got Pitfield around 2022 and has been focused on what is there for the last 2 years.

It is not the same people assets or shareholding or shareholders from 2010 and it is no comparison

On the 2nd January 2025 the share price closed at 7.1p a share you could have brought 138888 for £10,000 . This week you could have sold that shareholding for £100000.

If someone had told you that on new years eve you would have laughed in their face.

I would strongly recommend that you read anything that Ageos and Manlord have posted on this site for the benefit of everyone since November 2023 when they first found Titanium at Pitfield.

I'm sure there will be but surely the better approach Manlords fantastic dissection of the element one posts which add much more value to the board.

As for the crazy ones we probably have our fair share already but that's what the filter button is for. If people filter them and just dont engage they are just shouting into a void to themselves.
