The clear sign of shorting is when a company puts out some good news and yet the share price goes up and down like a jojo. Plus people tend to panic when they see a slight dip and sell out. So basically the shorts set the ball in motion and the muppets not realising what's happening push the ball further along by selling out, taking their miserly profit and thinking they can make an entry at a lower level. Sometimes this works, but mostly it doesn't because it's all about timing your moves. I know it sounds crazy, but that's the reality we live in; greed trumps logic :(

I think that's a pity because I think he would have contributed more going forward, and I would also be surprised if he no longer holds a large stake in the company as he would know better than most the future possibilities of Savannah !

Or it could be the shorts are more prevalent on the LSE ? I think there are a lot of investors who are ignorant of the fact that shorts can use all shares in their portfolio ! Depending on your account, you can give permission or deny shorts to use all your shares ! I'm not sure which brokerage companies automatically allow shorting to happen and then it's up to the individual to deny shorting on their account !

Do you know whether David Archer has any position or shares in the company ? Or is he completely out !

It's funny to see the difference between stock exchanges. I'm on the Frankfurt stock exchange and on the day of the announcement at close the share was up 26.44% and on the LSE it was only 19% and again today FSE is up 4.55% and LSE 1,09% So does anyone know why this would be the case?

All of this was before my time as a shareholder and I must say I am a bit surprised David Archer was a failure as I considered his credentials as being top-notch!

I always thought that David Archer was doing a great job as CEO and very much qualified for that position compared to Dale Ferguson?

I think the percentages are most likely APA approval at 80% and 95% with conditions. Which leaves 5% for a no ! I like those odds so I have gone all in because I also have a passion for Savannah and I believe it has a great future.

Regarding your prediction of 95p, I think it will take time, maybe that number towards the end of this year. after all, we are talking about 1.6 billion shares which mean we will crawl rather than run.
