I doubt there would be a rinse if there was a split of 50-1 i.e £1,60p as it would attract the more serious type of investor, and remember some of the big investors shy away from penny stocks ! Regarding any future dilution at these numbers, it would have a minimal effect, almost unnoticeable!!

I think in balance it would have a more positive effect than negative.

I doubt we would have had a stagnant sp on the latest good update if we were not a penny stock!

I was thinking maybe it would help if there was a share consolidation (reverse share split) to take us out of this mire of a penny stock ! A higher share value would attract a better investor and reduce significantly the gigantic 1,8 billion shares that are out there right now ! 50-1 should do it.

And where would you think Solid-state batteries will become a force to be reckoned with? Or do you think this is too far in the future as not to be a concern for Lithium !

Good advice Guitarsolo, I will look into that :) At the moment I only have shares in two companies ( I'm definitely a novice ) but gaining knowledge from people like yourself :) I have at the moment 400k shares in SR and the other ( you might want to check it out ) because it is in the same vein of possibilities as SR and that company is ENSURGE MICROPOWER ASA (ENSU) They are also a penny stock and like SR can be an excellent share to hold. They hold patents on their Micro batteries, giving them a unique standing in the global market.

Trent, when you say you have a 30k holding, is that shares or Sterling ? I ask because I'm not sure how large or small a holding I should have in SR ?

It's good to see this will be decided by cold hard facts rather than the emotional whims of a few ! I have sympathy for the people in the village who object to the mine, but no one has the right to stand in the way of progress and the bigger picture of the environment.

Then I would imagine it would be a bit of a conundrum in this case for a lefty politician to give more weight to a few locals than the vast amount of people who want climate control "You might also find these people on X"

It very much depends on how much weight you give the villagers ? From what I see from other start-up mines around the world, most are protested and yet they do not succeed in their quest because it's not in the interest of the state and the state always wins.
