I was in RR a real sore one for me originally bought 65p built up a 50k share holding with avg 96p said to myself hold now but I got pure greed by prem and book at the time anyway it was supposed to be a 6 month transfer to prem and boil to hopefully take advantage of Imminent production and co changing news respectively needless to say both pretty much tanked on me double whammy loosing my 50k holding in RR which I sold circa 120p and the significant drop in prem and boil.

By goal was always to hold RR due to the fundamentals atm and recovery and the mini nukes as that would take it to new heights..

any way it is what is but every time I see RR mentioned wanna breakdown lol

I believe this RNS wasn’t intended to be sent but had to be due to the leak. I believe he is being instructed to or party to keeping the SP mute

PC don’t have to much weight to impose on us with regards to the final sticking point as Mongolia is pushing hard on the refinery so they know will need to maximise profits and be on side as soon Mongolia will be in charge of their own oil resource as more than likely Mongolia imo will takeover Matad or be majority shareholder

I don’t believe they want to be reliant on PC if possible or Russia energy independence is critical and key now after highlighted by Covid and mainly Russia Ukraine and now unstablilty in the Middle East

Personally I believe no JV, Chinese will either let / allow Matad operate its oil entity or will simply buy us out simples that seems more likely for me as imo they have been accumulating from different positions keeping the price suppressed.

They have no need for us in all honesty we have done the leg work maybe Mongolians with past history wouldn’t have allowed the Chinese to gain the permits with recent issues who knows.

So maybe PRC thought let them get nearly to production which we are hold price accumulate and hold back on the deal until then.

If I was MB would you not be fed up by now in all honesty buy a chunk of shares put your self in a strong position and then sell the lot massive pay day.

Ye my spider sense was alluding to this also but needs must we must endure you have to admit he seems a different beast now intent on proving to everyone it was the right decision and not his fault and I feel with OEMs now firmly in the driving seat it’s going to get resolved the OEMs want it to be successful as it will also reflect well on them for their respective portfolios
