Pharma has historically been exempted from tariffs, mainly because of WHO influence. Trump is dancing with the idea and get ready for a big shake up. Pharma will need to adjust to not only tariffs but also govt funding for real breakthrough stuff ie stuff that Sareum is involved in. Its still all to play for , but if Sareum don't start getting more commercial get ready to kiss goodbye to 737 as no one will touch it.

737- There is no deal coming, it was just an opportunity to pick up a bigger share of a dead duck for no costs. SRA737 has been kicked around now by a few large and small companies and they don't like it.

what i think we are seeing is the market across the world running to the hills becasue of Trump.Its gogin to be very difficult this year to pick a winner stock. Dont forget , USA govt has pulled massive funding into science so the capital markets will be stretched, so its going to be tough for companies like Sareum who will be relying on finance. Difficult to pick any winners here, although probably good time to invest in finance

I am taking it from the fact that they issued equalivalent to 7% of the company valuation at a share price of 12.5p That is a signal but also the anchor so share price will move to that price, its quite normal. But instead of questioning why the discounted price of 12.5p loads of people on here call foul, and dig deep into the mis working of AIM. everyone knows AIM and market is dishonest. Its obvious as if the currency and Interest rate markets are dishonest its easier for share markets to be dishonest. FCS. I remember as a 13 year old , an adult at the squash club gave us a tip on a share. The reason for the tip was that he owned the printing company that was printing the annual report so he knew what wa shappening

I find it absolutely astounding how much is written here and corrupt AIM, manipulations by MM, AI stuff. Sareum has just announced they are raising capital equivalent to 7% of the value of the company and at a share price of 12.5p and people seem to think there is manipulation of the share price when believ eit not the share price has fallen to , yes you guessed it 12.5p.

Its actually very easy to assign a value to SRA737- $NIL. Stop kidding your self. A few months ago i would have applauded this play, but i see this as a very defensive, damage limitation play and it has been done to placate the investors on the back of no rns

On a serious note, have you a time limit of when to expect news. Sad said he would be a little surprised if no news by end of Feb. We are coming to end of 1st week of March. So maybe news will come . It may mean that they have the results and are now in negotiations, but i think more delay requires a double rns in march . One to say toxicology results are good and one to say active negotiations being held. If no news in March then i think real alarm bells about toxicology

Its now March everyone. no rns in Feb, i hope they are pulling something together for March. Lots of deals being done by big pharma but we seem to be missing out. I think AIM require shareholder approval but it is easily done , especially by issuing shares in a non open way.

you mentioned that someone on advn thinks Sareum has already sold. Although no one really knows, i doubt it has considered the drop in price. Although it's difficult to leak information i would if it had sold someone would be making some extra cash out of it before its announced. Also CEO announced step down a long time ago. I think its a case of its a longer haul than anticipated and the failure of sareum is commercialisation, so they need a new CEO to manage and transform the company in that direction. Happy to proved wrong because if it has been sold, i imagine it will be multiples of current price up to 4-5 pounds possibly

Anyone who uses the word woke i don't listen to, because it does not mean anything. Also Sad when you complain about Blackrock you are complaining about capitalism because the biggest threat to society and economy is capitalism as it is now. People like trump and musk are not capitalist in their purest form they are probably closer to imperialist. Capitalism failing is that it never resolved the issue when companies get too big so competition is eroded. That is where we are now. The answer capitalism has thrown up is the govt the USA have now which is a kind of oligarch imperialist dressed up as democracy. They are masquerading as anti-establishment but in reality, they the maintaining the establishment but they have dressed it up differently.
