commercially as i dont follow the science, what was feelign from the AGM. Do you think they will keep going into 2026/2027 or do you think they are happy to exit with a t/o in 2025? Did anyone actually speak shareholder value wiht them.

Just for context , i worked for a small company a few years back and the c suite had an EMI programme set up and they were getting quite excited. x years later none work for the same company so forgave the shares and moved to different companies, partly because the company did not progress, struggled to rearrange new capital after Lehman brothers went belly up and they realised the EMI meant bugger all if the company was not progressing.

Looks of rubbish about iminent takeover etc etc.

Shares vest Dec 27 says it all. it's a long-term play, nothing anticipated for a few years. Why on earth would they have vested options not until 2 years if they think something is happening in near future? I see sad is again pushing the belief that something is very much around the corner. I dont think so. I think they are accepting its become a long-term play and going it solo

I don't mean to be rude and please don't think i am but why not defer posting until after AGM and then you can give an end of year review of SAR performance and forecast for 2025?

I do like your posts but they are very academic and actually most of them don't actually reflect what is going on with SAR. you have promoted SRA737 to something that it is not commercially. SRA737 is in last chance saloon and its probably a real throw of the dice as to whether it will go anywhere after this. I think it is totally unrealistic for people to infer its going to add a lot of value to SAR. However, i think the AGM will give a clearer indication and i would love to read your review later in the month.

How no news has now turned the board contributors into a frenzy of imaginative valuations especially 737 which has had a torrid few years and there is radio silence. Dont forget no financial info was given about 737, so dont be surprised that in reality this is just being kicked around at the moment. Roll on AGM so we can have something meaningful to discuss to stop these wild valuations

Is currently not a low ball offer, and if SAR are offered that and we know about it, then we should take. If they go public with such an offer you can bet your bottom dollar they have been offered nothing like that in the past or the science is not as good as we think it is. 4 pounds pays my mortgage and considering our current price i would be very happy

They should employ you sad, since you are continually unearthing gems about/concerning Sareum. Suppose they are reporting in next few weeks so lets wait and see. However, it would be good to know why they have managed a loss in shareholder value by 90% since consolidation 3 years ago.

The price will fall another 5% at some stage and that is your 20% trading margin over the last few weeks. Somone is winning and its not long term shareholders.

Expect another drop tomorrow to 25p , then it will rise again .

Its very disappointing that the company is not controlling these by releasing some updates. Its ok playing a long game but they have stood over a massive fall in shareholders value over the last few years and have done nothing to stem the tide.

As i said its a trading share, so expect maybe a nod to 30p then a drop to 26p

I bought bitcoin pre trump result , im 25% up. itwas a calculated gamble as upside was so good. bit like SAR maybe but to be honest they are treading water as they dont deliver news

Why do you think the subscription will bring about a price increase? i would be interested to know your logic. Not complaining as the company now has some cash and they can continue to progress, i think it will just take longer than a lot of people on here thought. i will surprised if we are above 30p by end of year but that is still a 20%, so not to be sniffed at.

Firmly in the lap of the gods or demons right now. I don't think anyone can honestly say with conviction that Sareum are on a consistent upward trajectory. There is zero reason for yesterday's drop if you took at face value everyone the company is saying to be true.

on a different note,i tipped Funding Circle a few months back and it is still worth considering. They are in a consistent buy back of shares so i would not be surprised if 2 quid is not too far away

, so WTF!

The company can still convince individuals to invest, majority of the rampers on the board dont know what they are talking about, SAR has a long way to go and don't expect a massive return for at least a couple of years.

To me it puts us secure financially but this is still a massive high risk play

Its never good to not me reporting deadlines Potnak. I am an accountant and if you are missing deadlines its becasue you are not organised or if its final its becasue you are hammering points out with the auditor who will not sign off unless changes are made. Interims are not audited, so if you are deferring these it shows that you have nothing going on in my mind.

Why all this speculation? surely its just a matter of waiting and look at your other investments
