Look at the trades, those 100k plus trades, u know the round figure ones, those are the warrants being sold, there's 65 mill worth to get through, thats why the price is going down, the new shares are not tradeable until April, so atm it's the warrants being worked through.

Lots of people on here seem to be experts, lots on here also seem to be a bit upset about the current financial deal that's just been put together, now let's be clear here, the ceo has stated 100 million would be raised as the last bit of money needed to complete the deal, he has said this for the last 5yrs atleast, if you missed it in every rns and interview then maybe u should of learnt to read these things a little bit better, no one has been shafted, it's been there forever in black n white, as for it being a bad deal, well this is the 1 out of 1000 companies that actually make it, yes it was a deal for teck n others, but let's remember who gave us the opportunity to make this a success in the first place, yes we have 65mill quids worth of warrants hitting the deck very soon and yes it will chew down the sp, this should be of no surprise to anyone, this is standard for what has happened, you might not like it for a bit but dems de breaks, the ceo has pulled of a blinding deal, the alternative would have been selling the projects for peanuts, so you all should think yourselves lucky that this will get to production, stop moaning and stick em in a draw for 10yrs n you will be very happy, just remember when you look to your experts here that they couldn't even read a rns correctly for the last 10yrs, it will be a great company once builinding is done and completed, yes we will get to the ftse and yes there will be divis after the 2nd mine is built, but it will take time, lots of time, welcome to investing, where patience is rewarded.

The new shares and Warrants will hold and drag this down for a bit, and then April is when they can sell down their shares, money is in for what is needed, sp will be irrelevant until production, 2yrs wait now for the build to complete, then they will ramp up quite quickly as the 2nd line is more or less ready and waiting, now we know why hzm went for 125% more shares, happy days, a nice saving of 50 mill at old prices was a good trick, it might not look pretty for a bit when the issue kicks in but to the lth it should be irrelevant, a long ride for max sp here but once the build is done is should be a one way street for a decade)

The sale of glenover is fantastic news as it has sat for long enough, the money incoming will surely boost the sp and the coffers, no need to raise for a decent amount of time now.

Drilling is ongoing on PL253/2018 and drilling has just commenced on PL39/2018 with the aim of testing an extensive airborne EM target on this property, focussed on the margins of a regional scale dome feature

Hopefully we can strike on pl39, the margins of the dome, I would of liked CB to have drilled straight through the dome, im sure he said he was thinking about it in a interview, I could be wrong, still close is still promising and it's a extensive airborne target, this has now been drilled for about a month, so hopefully that drilling wil nearly be done and the cores and be analysed, maybe a NY prezzie in there for us who knows.

Sandfire also have the visible gold cores to be processed, these should be high grade as its visible, I cant remember the target in tonnes and grades to hit the 80mill, im sure someone can enlighten me, no money for us to spend there, love that, 4 mill from sandfire to drill it out, plus bonus if we hit pay grade and enough tonnage, love that, pure derisk play.

Star zinc news must be soon as they were in transit ages ago, more good news and money coming glr way.

It seems we have some that like to turn up here, berate the ceo and company, I don't think they are invested personally, we have all lost on shares somewhere and suffered, I know I certain6 have, never bothered letting it chew me out by returning to remember my suffering, but every one to their own I suppose, personally I think CB is doing OK here, comes could be better, but I think they wil improve as we go along.

Incredibly happy that we have plenty of money coming in to fund the next round of drilling, I'm sure it won't be long, I wouldn't be surprised if CB just continues on from where we are, he said he might do that, hopefully he does, might as well keep the rig going.

Sounds good, a nice little slow burner for a couple of years, that should give us time to prove up the kalahari and for the SF licence to be drilled, if all goes well we should be in a very nice position to take this new project forward

Let's be Frank here, GLR wasn't mentioned at all firstly, 2nd this is Africa, unfortunately this is life in Africa, 3rd corruption is global, not just limited to Africa, if its not donations to the labour party or the Clinton's charitable foundation, Hunter Biden getting jobs and gifts, or brown envelopes to African dictatorships, this is standard practice in the world of politics, Africa and Asia is not the west and investors should not forget this, human rights are non existent and government corruption is extremely rampant on all levels, Africa has received trillions in donations alone over the last forever yrs, let alone direct investment, the people rarely have benefited and are still being exploited, this is the world of buisness, profit is everything

U woukd expect that the off take that glencore has done for us was needed to access the debt package, it would of been part of the due dillegence, while glencore only took 8mill in equity, the necessity of the deal needed provides clarity for lenders, we need glencore, besides they have been with us nearly as long as Teck and was generous enough to throw a dog a bone back in the day

CB did say he kept the best licences for GLR, im intrigued to see the grades from the Sandfire drill, fingers crossed for the dome drilling also, cant be long for the star zinc news, he said the cores were waiting for unloading at the port and also this quarter hopefully the sale of Fuber goes through and we cash in that expected 6 mill, plenty of news to come that could move us significantly )

But we did find copper on the sandfire licence, visible copper apprently, this can be the winner alone, 4mill to drill out the licence over 2yrs, lots of future news, sandfire drill results of our licence still to be released, cant be long to news for those if the cores have been seen

I would like to see CB and GLR announce the grades and information on the drilling for sandfire, he seems chuffed to bits but yet we don't know the real nitty gritty of the drilling and the cores, if we knew it would help us to be able to value the potential payout from sandfire, im sure we will end up having to find it all on sandfires website, this could of been spun into a much more better reading rns imo

While today wasn't great for us, we still have potential, we are now drilling the marginal dome area, this where the booty hopefully sits, more time and patience needed

I thought they would just lease some equipment and truck it to jubilee, isn't it shallow pit ? No need to out source to a mining company out fit for that, to expensive, we'd practically be on royalties

We should remember we have a substantial amount of licences for the kalahari, lots of drilling over our 23km potential strike, I woukd expect CBs main focus woukd be this, he is craving a good company for copper, so far he hasn't hit the motherloade, he is hoping with us he will, hence his holding, the licences we are currently focusing on are targeting high grade areas in a close vicinity to the sandfire mine, these should be easy to monetise without to much drilling, im sure sandfire would prefer to quickly grab the licences that are close to the mine, makes their product cheaper in the long run, until we have drill results I guess there's not really much he can say about the Kalahari, if we are drilling still it can't be long, Cobre finished there's a week ago and was on a similar size although on rc drilling, CB has already mentioned that there are delays for unloading at Chinese ports, so we should take this into consideration also, good to know a few cards have fallen into place for us, we should bow get and have the money to forward the Kalhari, furber n ka****so or whatever its called, I like the sound hlof the high grade zinc, not sure on furber but in a great jurisdiction ie US, as frustrating as it is, we have to wait, but atkeast we know we shoukd be getting some good news regarding star zinc and the sale of glenover with our wild card and potential company maker the Kalahari. Hopefully we have the drilling news by Xmas, it isn't long now anyway.
