It's not Horizonte it's the overall markets, the S&P500 is the global bellwether a driving force of the world's markets, this is currently down 20% on the yr and is forecasted to drop by 40-50%, this in turn rocks the global stock markets, the cause of this is the western global central banks have decided to aggressively raise interest rates upto about 2.25% to try and bring down inflation.

The central banks have warned of recession coming many times now, so markets are slowing down after being substantially blown up over the last 10yrs, the problem for the central banks is that they would normally just print money until its sorted, unfortunately that option is of the table due to inflation.

So the markets are reacting, lots of us got caught holding and don't like to look at our portfolios, holding cash atm is king, when the S&P has finished dropping, the bargains will be abound and plentiful, picking the gems will be rewarding )

It is quite common that any deal that is made by a company, then pays a bonus to the directors, standard practice, some wave their entitlement though if they feel fit.

Share options are also another reward that is issued to the companies board and Co, this nornally upsets some, as they can be quite generous with our money, the options seem quite large in the % comparison, but if they get the job done I guess it's worth it.

Us little cash registers that pay for everything only get a free ride, retail always pays, standard.

The directors haven't invested and bought anything, they have been awarded basically a freebie, if and when they they take them up, then they will invest into the compnay, although they will show instant profit on their purchases, unlike ourselves, it certainly is a win win for the board, not so great for PIs as its dilution, performance is everything, if this booms, then everyone is happy as the PIs forget about it and the board is rewarded for their so called hard work
