I hope Art considers hedging a large part of our production at these rates or higher, this would allow the markets to value us at a reasonably high sp at these current prices, the markets love some stability and knowing what we would deffinelty be making next year would benefit us greatly imo

Better to have 6 months production figures for the city boys, if some is hedged as well it would allow the markets to hopefully award us a reasonable pe due to stability and production figures, our sp n market cap could be a hell of alot more than the value of our atomic asset going forward

Most deals that raise debt require some.sort of dilution for retail, unless your a.top tier ftse 100 company, its just they way it is, some seem worried that Arty wil raise at current.levels, he isn't a idiot and if needed will do it when the mcap has risen considerably, so many getting upset that he is putting our house in order, im sure the moaners will be singing his praises.in a.few weeks. I dont see Nigeria procedure in here at all, the licence was returned long ago while listed, while we expect to be re issued the market would have already punished us for it previously, Nigeria is a nightmare.country to get things done, I only see value atm in atomic, if Nigeria is issued then I wpuld.expect it to be a bonus until drilling commences, nothing more nothing less

The only reason there could be a raise in the future would be to buy new assets, this should in theory be beneficial to the company and sh, there will be no raise for keeping the lights on, some may have a issue with the potential share consolidation but I'm all up for it if it will increse BOPD and its a good deal, lets be honest oil assets are going cheap, for how much longer who knows

I doubt art is over bothered by listing etc, his goal is BOPD, he knows once he achieves a decent amount the hedigies n ii will come, imo he will consolidate and be prepared for Nigerian development of the field, he will need money for the main development costs and could seriously push up our bopd if we have our % developing Nigeria, the board talks of one well, im thinking several, the field could eailsy be developed into a 100kbopd, what was our cut again )

Before the JV with Rosego, West Kyim didn't actually have much, so wasn't worth much anyway, the real money for the sale was always monchectura ( whatever its called ) so in my theory we should still get a bumper payout plus we get to keep west kyim n the jv, seems like winner winner rack of lamb dinner.

I always thought most just done the soil sampling as a time buyer for the licence requirements, while.they work out what they intend to do, like JV etc

Well Dave, there's a couple of options I think of who what and when

Option 1 : Sandfire JV free carry, keep drilling, hope its a mine full.

Option 2 : sell the licence to Sandfire, hold back a royalty + some cash

Option 3 : drill out and build a mine if finance can be a found.

What was interesting about the podcast is that we have a potential 33km strike, Sandfires mines are using a 30km radius to truck material in, so this is most probably why Mr Bird has 33km, anymore and it would need another mine, so it all comes down to how much we find and if its all worth it, personally I think Sandfire will buy all the local junior miners out, there's a few right on top of Sandfire, so all should be a reasonable target for them, they seem to have a piece of everyone as well, plus there sitting on no debt and about 450 mill ozzie $s, imo they would most likley offer shares as a buyout at some point.
