Share price has been in the £2:40 area within last 12 months. Check regards requirements for any buy out offer and then try control your excitement.

Considering the amount that in reality is not even in the open market it is a MASSIVE percentage of those that are available.
For example I don't see Global selling their 30% Jahngo their 5% and few others.

Some can not take personal "investment" out their thinking. In fact they are not even thinking.
The difference is there to see for all that wish to be objective in their thinking. The others will refuse to see it.

Any takeover required to be at minimum of last 12 months or something along those lines is it not.

There are other companies with similar holdings in cine to that of the Chinese and all is small compared to the global city holding.
There would be zero reason for them to be concerned.

The current holding is through global city holdings (his families investment firm basically it seems)
There was a deal with (it might have been HSBC, can Google it) to give about 8% of this Holding in exchange for financing (I didn't find a lot to fully explain the deal and if it even took place in the end) Dates back to start this year or previous year.

Kayjay, yes it is and they are still not even the second largest holder so takeover talk is as yet premature. IMHO

4DX Is basically slightly upgraded version of what's been at universal (or is it Disney) for the honey I shrunk the kids (or whatever honey I.. it is) for like 30+ years.
Don't get me wrong I thought then it was cool and will still be a good addition to the cinematic experience for many.
