@Nigel,your point is not impossible but not in keeping with the scenario so far. Added to the points CFC has made it would be unlikely that MTL when buying CNR would build in long term performance targets if the shorter term aim were to privatise. More likely to use the FCF to expand and then sell the whole lucrative operation IMO

The "late in the day hoovering of shares" begins to make sense with a 2026 deadline it's quite easy to see why larger investors would show interest in a relative minor player. Drachs already have the script and barring a rogue torpedo in the baring their plan will work out and as I said in the meantime if Dupax performs (possible 2nd crusher site ?) plans could well be fast tracked.

Darren seems to be a rare beast that says something ,gets it done and over achieves. The new (ish) plant was already optioned at the time of buying MTL, and all done well within present FCF. So production 2026.

Drachs are invested here for a significant return. They know what's going to happen and when it will. The 10% club will dwindle and die off as their shares are absorbed along the journey and our eventual destiny (IMO a T/O)

I am seriously worried about my investment here and concerned that the judgement of the BoD is not what I had hoped for. Do these fools learn nothing from the wise words of Broom and Slurry. Now is obviously not the time to buy and our sage trolls without agendas are obviously far more in the know than those fools.🤣
