I haven't blind pumped anything. If you do your research you'd know that what I'm saying is supported.

I'm comfortable my posts are balanced.

Also I've not said I support any Zimbabwe deal. If you actually cared to look I've said I don't think we need another project at the moment, but that I'll reserve judgement until I see the deal.

If the Zim deal happens at whatever point I'll decide then but I'm confident in what I'm saying. I don't pump. I share genuine opinion, after research and am honest about my thoughts good or bad.

I under what you're saying devil but their are commercial sensitivities during deal negotiations. Quite possibly even a non disclosure agreement in place until any conclusion. Ben is, I believe, likely still in Zim after his visit to Bots.

I'm sure should the deal conclude it'll be released timely to the market. Until then the best he can give is that their is a potential transaction in the works, it's in Zimbabwe and it'll very likely be cash generative either already or can be relatively quickly. In effect it'll be significantly further along the curve than KAVs current assets.

His tweet just means it was a successful trip ime. the drilling is going well and he is pleased with what he has seen and progress so far. It doesn't mean anything in relation to the target as they aren't at the depth yet.

If only exploration was easy. Theyve some highly interesting assets and targets in their land packages. Ultimately KAV haven't got the capital a mid tier or major has to throw at it. Therefore it simply takes longer and requires more assumptions and modelling. Every step is a learning curve into the unknown, especially under the sands.

If they find mineralisation it won't be fluke. They may not find it. All they can do is what they can do, with the capital they have.

It's a case of their damned if they do and damned if they don't. Raise cash to get more exploration done and get an ear full, don't progress exploration enough and get an ear full.

Rayteup - No one is being played. If the rise is ca short term co ordination or genuine investors who see an opportunity doesn't really matter.

KAV are due news on Ditau, KSZ drill and Zim deal which Ben is working on in Africa ATM.

Ultimately the market rises and falls constantly for a variety of reasons and motivations.

Worse case if the price rises and falls back on short term money it'll drive awareness into KAV at ahead of an anticipated news rich period, or they are genuine and it won't fall back.

Like FKC has said it's likely any rise will be sold into by a number of people as it provides the liquidity for people that no longer what to hold Kavango. As are the mechanics of any illiquid stock with minimal daily volume.

Volatility is always higher.

Doubt it personally. That article was from October 2020 and pro to the deal and subsequent announcements by AA and the Zambian government that AA are returning to the region after so many years.

Not normally too leaky but anyone waiting knows their is various news items due that can be value accreditive.

Certainly nice to see some volume in trades and stock.

Not seeing too many large purchases but it all counts and nice to see.

News won't be too far away anyway from one workstrean or another.

Don't expect to hear just yet on the KSZ but not too long if they do hit the body and it's materially reportable. Think they probably have a little way to go to hit the depth, as they only recently said they're drilling the hard stuff now.

Ditau results and the 3rd party core news is also due. However I think they're more likely to RNS after Dr Mumin has interpreted and the update will be about what the assays mean in terms of the systems potential / hypothesis.

Then there is the Zim deal which I expect we will hear on.

No shortage of news due and it's likely this move is in anticipation of the above having hit a fairly stable floor at a penny and with the PB capital at that level.

Not sure. Ben is in Africa ATM. Clearly has been a rise in volume but may be generally people deciding it's time to take a position as was fairly stable around the penny.

Nothing is risk free and I'm not looking for that, however I won't buy in with the company already stating they are securing a convertible loan.

I understand what you're saying about the cash runway but the accounts have numerous statements about their going concern status.

The only reals facts are they themselves are securing convertible debt to be comfortable they are viably a going concern for accounting purposes. Do I think this means BIDS won't survive, not at all. However I do think its sensible for any investor to assess the convertible debt instrument terms when announced , and before determining an entry point. It doesn't make sense to me to invest now when the price could easily drop more off this debt. Irrespective of the current market cap.

Patience is key but I agree the space is an exciting one and bids could offer significant returns if they can penetrate the market. Which is why they are on my radar.

That may well be true, but the worse part of the announcement that stops me buying even at these levels (after waiting for some considerable time to build a position) is that they are already in discussions on a loan, and the worse sort of a convertible variety.

I've been watching bids for many years. Still waiting for the right time to re enter here.

Overall the biggest thing stopping me rebuying still is the financials and the continued reliance of debt. Debt is of course a necessary evil and I'm not against the need for cash. They seem to be improving key metrics but the convertible loan facility (from my experience) is what is now preventing me to invest at this time.

Personally I suspect I can buy cheaper in time with that type of financing. The death spiral arrangement has a bad reputation for good reason so I'd rather see the details first.

It's a keep watching story for me ATM.

I'm personally comfortable the deals CP items will complete, then we have the subsequent milestones of drill plans, drill start and results by a significant JV partner, new acquisition(s), cash payment etc

Everything is pointing at the deal finalising. Those that don't believe will either be vindicated or silenced very shortly. I believe the latter and ultimately as individuals we only have to care about our own individual opinions, as it's each of our own money.

Beyond the above deal, you do realise that what our management team do won't matter. It's what AA do. I personally don't fully agree with your sentiment on the management here, but even if I did or others do then I'm not sure many (if any) would argue that AA aren't the capable of delivering value. As operator and with the agreement on what they need to spend on the JV assets I'm more than happy with where ARCM can go.

I think they're probably doing the right thing. Best to suprise the market than hype the market on these drill.

They have done a few comms with images on twitter but they won't release anything until known. Can't remember exactly when they started, last Friday? Or one before 🤔
