Russia's envoy to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, says Ukrainian nuclear power plant and adjacent territory are being "guarded" by Russian troops.

He says the plant is working normally and background radiation levels are normal.

Big blue, Russia is too overpowering for Ukraine, saying that there is suggestion their supplies are depleting.

There now more chance of Ukraine damaging reactors blaming Russia. It could still get messy, but as Taverham mentioned in an earlier post, the West may throw Ukraine under the bus.

I'm hoping the market start to shrug off this war next week now that the main threat against Russian has been captured, namely the nuclear plant. Oil prices should come back down.....
