This was written just before the suspension was lifted. Nice write up and sums up where we are (nearly). Lots of interesting stuff to get you started if you don't know the company, or a reminder if you do... http://grayshares.co.uk/graysinvestmentbloguk/2010/09/20/serabi-minings-interims-give-room-for-optimism/ More here... http://grayshares.co.uk/graysinvestmentbloguk/tag/serabi-mining/
Another nice tick up today. Are people realising the potential of this company now? A long way to go yet, but a nice one to put into the bottom drawer for a rainy day. Does anyone know the likelihood of Eldorado making a T/O offer?
Agree, this is all shaping up rather nicely (at last). 9 drill targets with the hope of minimum resources of 500,000 ounces each. I work that out at £415m worth gold per target. x9 for the lot = £3.7b. Current market cap £15m. Exploration programme to last 18months. All funded (I think). One to put away a little longer me thinks. If this goes well we will see multiples of todays sp for sure.
One of my first trades too. Bought on the rise. The rns's are becoming more positive with each one. I think 2011-2012 could be good for this company. I can't really see any more bad news for this company, apart from the value of the fine. For me this is a hold, and I might top up on the dips.
I'm in pretty much the same situation as you. One of my 1st buys on a pump and dump. I'd written it off like you, but with the cash injection, the possibility of more and the suspension lifted I actually feel fairly confident in this now. Since i'd written this off i'm prepared to wait as long as it takes now. Not too fussed if it bobs about a bit.
Excellent news. Onwards and upwards. From the rns: "We have been in regular dialogue with our preferred drilling contractor during this period and will now be seeking from them a date when they will be able to mobilise to site as they have deployed drilling equipment to other contracts pending this decision. We will inform the market of a commencement date for the initial 7,500 metre Discovery Drilling programme as soon as the timetable can be agreed with the contractor."
