The chap involved has been able to raise 20k on Crowd Justice.
I am only interested in the facts and I am holder.
Is he a disgruntled ex shareholder or does he have a legit case?
Can't be any worse than the CEO of Sirius minerals.
Any company involved in any court case no matter how trivial hurts the stock.

So what did the ex share holder actually say and where for Mr Ricketts to want to sue for defamation?

They have been working on HS2 from the start.

Costain's share price seems to only go up with an increasing dividend. I suspect there will be no significant price movement until it is reinstated.

CBX has got great potential if they make it work. Im in for 140K now and will keep buying if it keeps going down. Cannabis stocks in the States and Canada have performed fantastically.

This time last year it was 70-72p. That was all the bad news regarding the Welsh situation another court thing. All has been resolved plenty of large scale work in the future,HS2 (I know this because their trucks and hoardings are all over the place where they are working on it near Harefield) and yet this just has not recovered. Some Director buys would at least install some confidence. Personaly I think the future looks great for construction. Why is not on the radar?
