It gets to nearly 60 p and something keeps putting the breaks on. If this could break and hold would sure give a bit of confidence. Still surprised that BoD have not taken advantage of the share price.
Would I be correct that if there was a takeover lurking, then BoD can not buy ?

However the powers at be don't seem to be too interested in the rumour because I am sure we would have seen some significant price moves.

Okedoke. Im new to charting , before anyone kicks off. and really enjoying it.
Was not looking good at the opening but this share really looks like it is trying to head up. However there seems to be a lot of pressure to hold it down. As I type we are now up on yesterdays close and dare I say it Boo could be moving into positive territory.

What would happen if all the Pi's went on the offensive and bought up all or most of the remains outstanding shares?

Yesterday they disclosed they now own 5%
Nice to see price moving up, however most of the the other big players are increasing also.
If something was a foot then the powers at be would be showing by now. I would have expected a bigger price change.

Pointless speculating what a buyout price would be. However £1 would get my capital back with a small profit and a lot of relief

some very heavy buying from theDirectors of THG price is down but does install some confidence when they have skin in the game.
Would be reassuring if some of the Boo board put their hand in their pockets. Surely at the current price if they see a good future they would be snaffling them up.

The Group has minimal current exposure to Russia, which represented 0.6% of Group backlog at 31 December 2021.
Im sure that the current global situation has had an impact on the share price.
Now that they have declared only 0.6 % exposure to Russia they have the rest of the world to bid for. Hardly an impact on future winning contracts.

Unless there is a leak I can't see much action today.
They have been keeping their cards very close and after subsequent RNS which have all been positive I am quietly confident that tomorrow should be a good day.

This could break 100p today if the momentum holds
