That means by default alpha and mercuria are paid off as those high risk, high interest loans MUST have been settled before the company decided to repay a half million interest free loan!

I hope that wasn't an illegal payment. When he loaned the company that money to 'keep the lights on' the RNS states the money would only be repaid when the company was in the position to do so.

So he's saying that he's paid off alpha and mercuria loans? Which are threatening to liquidate and bankrupt the company right? That must be true, because you can't pay out half a million on the back of the company being in a position to do so, when the company faces liquidation for non repayment of loans.

2-year view shows a classic capitulation phase. Long, brutal decline from 4–5p down to ~0.7p as delays, funding fears, PetroChina issues and production uncertainty washed out weak hands. Volume dried up, price flattened and a proper base formed. That is exactly what long-term bottoms look like.

12-month view shows the trend change.

Base around 0.75–0.85p → breakout to 1.6p → pullback → higher low → push to 1.3p → another higher low.

That sequence is the definition of an emerging uptrend: higher lows and higher highs.

6-month view makes it even clearer.

The market is now refusing to go back under 1p. Dips are being bought, not sold.

This funding would be deployed for the operations at the Company's Block 12 license area in Georgia in the year 2019.
