I have been an accountant for 50 years and I do not see now the market can react to the results with a drop of $2 +.

I would understand up$2 but I can only presume that the market expected even better results. Madness

I am going for "Court Case". The main reason why the share is not at 80p+

After last weeks all blue today I have all red. Never a dull moment in the shares world !
I not sure why I look because I am after the position in 12 months plus. I believe that all my travel shares will be good then as well as Cineworld

I look at this board every day and like a few I should have got out last year at £1.20 (No Fear) I am not sure how we lost the court case. Does not make any sense to me unless the judge was bent (only joking) Anyway today is a good day everyone of my shares are in the blue so I still might be in profit by Christmas. Cineworld is still on of my big losers but I will not make the same mistake and not sell when at £1.20 but that will only be when the court case is resolved.

it happens with AJB as well but they seem to be doing a lot of work on their systems at present

For the first time in a long time all my share are blue for the day but most are red overall. It was bad news re the Canadian court case but I still doubt that the full sum will be paid.
Let us hope for a good few days up to Christmas.

I am afraid that if the judge knows anything about accounts Cine plus have problems. The lawyer is trying to put actual figures whereas a lot of accounts work is estimations taking a view on what happen in the past as well as having the advantage of hindsight. It is very clear that by delaying payments in one month this is then added to in the next months.

Just had on in the background whilst working. Still need to do so until Cineworld hits 1.50 Ho Ho . I am an accountant just wish I had been a lawyer. It is great entertainment or is it because I am sad!!
Does anyone think that my wife will want to watch tonight ??

I check every hour on the hour. Not sure it does any good ! Most of my shares are red today other than Oil Companies

Like someone said yesterday I will never understand the stock market. Cineworld is not doing my health any good!! We all know that the company has a debt situation but also know that it is a cash cow and will soon start to reduce the debt mountain. I really thought that after it reached 80 it would continue to rise. Anyway I will take another pill and continue to hold. The good news is that I am in profit

This tends to happen at most month ends when the market has been going up. I think it is mainly people taking profits now and not in the future like most on this platform. I will be keeping my shares because I always get it wrong if I go for short term profits. There is no sensible reason for Cineworld, Tui , Easyjet and Carnival to be down today other than profit taking. Tomorrow will show if I am right if the price starts to rise again.

I was listening to his interview on the red carpet last night and I quote "We do not make Bond films for a streaming audience they are to be seen on the big screen" or words to that effect. He was very positive about the cinema experience.

I have a few shares in CF and brought in when down in the thirties . Probably should have sold when up at 80p+ but I do thing that this share will be £1+ again. Unless you believe that the high street is totally dead and buried. I also think that with Moonpig giving a good outlook today has not helped the SP. The shorters are looking for another vehicle because Cineworld is rising so they are looking at CF. Hold

Like a previous comment we all should have sold at £1.20 but believed that the share will go to £1.50+. I still do. That is double money in my language. Onwards and upwards

I am worried that a number of shareholders have a sell at 70 therefore the market will be flooded. and then fall. Any thoughts?
