Evening Lee. 2 possibilities I can think of: Either there is interest in the company and a sale is imminent (hopeful I know!) or more realistically Andrew Cheatle who was employed as a non executive director of the company a year ago, based in and expected to raise company profile in Canada, has failed. The question now has to be asked do we need him onboard any longer? The fact that the uptake on the TSX has been so poor, and has had no impact on our overall SP, it surely was not worth throwing good money at it any longer.

Explain that one..... 11 trades in 30 minutes between 1400 and 1430 for a total of about 300K of shares all at the mid price?

2 trades yesterday amounted to 3.5K of shares at 77/78 Canadian cents. equating to around 46p.

There doesn’t have to be a RNS. The fact we did not receive an RNS detailing the seller must mean the seller did not have a holding of more than 3% and therefore was not one of our significant holders.

All good here thanks Leepo01. Great time in Berlin. Probably ate too many Bratwurst and too many glasses of gluhwein...but had to be done! Great place to visit with lots of history. Back to CNR, it does seem to be gathering a bit of pace now. Would be good to see some serious investing from across the water though. I had hoped to see more activity on the Canadian front, especially now we have a man there who should be getting us noticed.

Mining reported to be one of the biggest fallers in today’s selloff, causing FTSE to be at its lowest level for 2 years.

Thanks for the link Nero. Mark looking Uber confident and good to hear lots of interest from possible financiers and now talking of a joint venture with a producer for 10 to 20 % of the company. Next year is going to be a very important year for the company. Good progress since permits issued.

Still waiting to see who sold the shares. There has to be an RNS.

If it’s one of the major shareholders selling, we won’t know who it is until they have offloaded 1% of the total number of shares in the company, i.e. 670k at which point they are obliged to tell the market by means of an RNS. We may have some way to go yet unfortunately.

Remember, Mark said the 10% would be at a premium... although not sure what sort of premium he was talking about!

Mark won't let the company be sold on the cheap. He has invested too much time and money to let this slip away for a song. I don't think the significant share holders would be too impressed either. Time will tell.

Not sure B2G would want to do business with us following the dispute over the 2010/2011 concession swap whereby they gave up the rights to 20% of La India and we kept our 20% of Cerro Quiroz. The shareholders of B2G might find it hard to swallow.
