I tend to agree with you Simm with regard to the look of the powerpoint presentation. I did mention it a few years ago and was knocked down for suggesting it needed modernising. I even went to the effort of creating a template and sending it to MC, but got no response from him. Guess he has bigger fish to fry.

Munch, thing is you have invested in a high risk project, but with high risk comes the potential of high reward. It is an exploration company, which at the moment has cash going in one direction only. It's not like the company is sat dormant waiting for a buyer. We continue to grow, buying up more concessions, drilling to prove up more gold, and day by day become more attractive to any potential buyer. A point will come where either we do get bought out or we mine and sell the gold in our ground. Either way, we will see a return on our investment. I am certainly not stressed.

The mine building will commence next year. In the meantime, the company is negotiating with B2G to get early cash-flow. You have been here five minutes and it is clear you are here for a quick buck. Others, like me are content to wait it out and reap the rewards. We all have our own investment strategies. Your statements "Investors can't wait another 3 years" and "the truth is MC can't do it for everyone unless he sells up" are factually incorrect.

Good buying volume, New tax year ISA or as a result of Marks presentation this weekend?

Good to see a fair bit of volume today. Bodes well for next week as the new financial year starts and resets the ISA limit to £20K. Hopefully see further recovery of the SP in the coming days/weeks.

I would have thought talks are at an advanced stage, otherwise we wouldn’t know about it.

Excellent news. Hopefully we will get further news shortly that a toll agreement has been struck up. With any luck its just a matter of crossing the t's and dotting the i's before it is announced.

Munch, raising money, proving up resources, getting the right team around him, got us listed on the Canadian exchange, attends multitude of conferences and seminars .... yes get your point, he is doing nothing!! Issue an RNS to tell you what we already know, be serious. He can issue a statement on the big holders. Any mug of an investor can check the company website and get that information themselves, and a lot more. You think he should buy more shares. The fact he is holding 4 million not enough proof for you that he puts his money where his mouth is? He is back and forth to Nicaragua trying to get us a toll agreement. If you take the time to email him, he will tell you what he is doing with his time.... it certainly isn’t sat with his thumb up his Harris. Be real man.

Thanks goneawol. Good response from the company on all grievances filed by the 11 individuals. Don't see this as a show stopper, IMHO.

I agree, an immediate re-rate to £2 - £2.50 is not going to happen. However I would expect a re-rate as and when a toll agreement is announced and another as we receive the first revenue and we move from explorer to producer. If that can get us up to the £1 mark, then a buy out at 100-150% premium would be more palatable to shareholders of the new owners. We must be pretty close to an announcement with regard the toll agreement. Here's hoping for good news!
