Seingred, you seem to be the only one banging on about asset sale, so why not ask him yourself. He has already eluded to the fact they have initiated an asset sale so the could engage with more than 6 suitors. If you are not happy with that explaination, then fired your questions to him yourself.

Seingred, my take on the asset / company sale is that as it stands it is an asset sale, so the company can engage with more than 6 suitors, hence the reason we have 9/10 NDAs in place. I believe once bids become binding, we will see the asset sale dropped and it will become a full takeover of the company.

Rather than banging on about it here Seingred, have you ever made any attempt to discuss your feelings with the man himself? As an investor here you have every right to address your concerns to the board at any time. You obviously have issues with him so dont understand why you don’t do something direct rather than be a keyboard warrior on this board.

Again Seingred, don't assume I have held my total holding for 13 years! The majority of my holding has been achieved in the last 12 months!

Seingred, I have been an investor here since 2009 and believe that classify me as a long term holder. My Average is a tad over 33p so even long term holders can still expect a decent return!

It’s not a lie, it is a genuine plan B, but as Mark has said, he expects a sale to take place, so is unlikely the plan B will come to fruition.
