Well i don’t agree with that either Punter. He actually stated he wants to move3 at least one of those non binding offers to binding. I read that at least 1 of those non binding offers would be acceptable.

ICB888, What Seingred is referring to is a bonus payable to MC on sale of the company. Originally Mark got a bonus if the SP was £1 or higher at time of sale, and a larger bonus if SP was at £1.50. In the end of year financial statement it now infers that Mark will get a bonus if SP is 40p or higher. No details have been provided why this perceived change took place, and what the bonus would be.

ICB, if that is the case, why spend money on buying a mill, spending money getting it into Nicaragua and then storing it. Surely the money would have been better spent on proving up more gold.
