A lot is being made on the BB about Marks bonus on sale. It should be remembered this was announced in the end of year financial statement Dec 2022, some 21 months ago. The pog at the time was around $1800. Today, it is around 30% higher.

I cannot see anything north of 50p. If we were selling assets in Canada we would be looking at least double that. It's unfortunate that the political situation worsened just as we were getting there, but I accept that was outside our boards control.

40 id the absolute minimum if you take Marks agreed bonus in to account. I am hoping for something around 50-60p.

Unless the sale price now is expected to be below 40p and the board felt Mark deserved some form of reward. By issuing him 235,294 shares as an end of year bonus, it means he still gets a reward should sale price not hit 40p. 235,294 shares at 25.5p, which was end of year share price, gave a bonus of £60k

ICB888 - For The Nicaraguan Milling Company to go from holding 4% of the company in Sep last year to under 3% must mean that they have disposed of at least 2 million shares. Not quite the insignificant amount you refer to.

RNS goes on to state Randy Marti has sold 267500 shares on behalf of Nicaraguan Milling Company which no longer has a notifiable interest I the company

Again, look at the dates - Up to 31 Dec the company was in advanced discussions with 2. Post period highlights, as of 16th May 20224, company in advanced discussions with 1. Take it from the RNS, that one interested party has withdrawn.

Right……The report only covers until Dec 31 2023. Any rise in gold since is not covered in this report!!!

If that is the case, the company should be able to provide a further update without breaking any confidentiality agreement? The fact the company posted on X on the 8th Jan “stay tuned for further updates” and then on the 16th Jan stating they were in advanced discussions with 2 producers. Since then nada, and for me as a long term investor, is unacceptable.

Before the local government lose patience with condor and apparent lack of progress? I’m guessing they wont be too pleased to see how long this is taking.

Unfortunately you are not going to see 90p. I think 50p is a push to be honest.
