I think the price dropped a little due to windfall tax threats but I can’t see them attacking wind farms. This is a very Eco company. I’m in for the income and long term growth. GL

Moved up nicely and again today. Bought at £1 at outset and have enjoyed the healthy income ever since. Great pension investment. GLA

Probably short? Nothing I read here deters me from what I consider is a sensible and long term investment. Trying to move the price with inane comments will have no long term effects. Hang in and reap the rewards. ??

Pensana announces that M&G, one of the UK’s largest and long-standing fund managers, has agreed to invest £10.0 million in the Company by way of a placement of 12,345,680 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”)(the “Placing Shares”) at a price of 81 pence per share (the “Placing Price”). I bought here because I believe this is going to happen. The unknown is what debt will be carried but strategically it’s a must and as the work advances so will the share price. We may have to wait a while either for this to play it’s course or for someone to snap us up which would be a shame as this would mean we won’t see the full benefit but either way, IMHO, in time I believe £2 is not unrealistic.

With the NAV so far away from the share price, why don’t they capitalise on some of the investments and pay an extra dividend or at least do another buy back? The yield is high enough to justify a higher price.

Let’s not forget that not long ago this share was valued at nearly £2. Since then things have progressed considerably. So how far this time? My concern is that we will be taken over and never achieve full value.
