NPV 120+, American economy booming, what’s not to like?

I totally agree and have no need to sell but with the yield where it is and theNAV probably around 20% it’s more of a buy than a hold IMHO. I guess we need to wait to the next announcement.

I am confused as you are! Yield is excellent, npv well above share price snd portfolio conservative. This share should be well above £1 IMHO.

I think they go on the last trade which was£1. The price hasn’t really changed much in the last few days but the market is a bit softer this morning.

This is a British renewable energy infrastructure investment company specialising in investing in a diversified portfolio of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, waste, and anaerobic digestion that generate sustainable, clean energy. Totally in line with COP 28 investing in the right companies and NAV way out of line IMHO.

Positive IMHO. Excellent yield and price potential.

I agree. It’s got to be worth at least £1 if not more . Frankly I have it for the yield. It’s a long term hold.

Thanks. I’m holding long term for the income anyway just thinking of getting some more. It’s seems very environmentally friendly. As rates fall it should rise significantly unless of course there is something we don’t know!

26% discount to estimated NAV. I’ve looked but can’t see the reason. Return at these levels 7.5%. Any ideas??

One to watch as rates fall. The yield is high.

Good hedge against falling interest rates but need to wait a few more months however not an unreasonable return for the moment. I hold for long term in my pension fund.

Very true and I think the sector will be up 20%in a year. I like JLEN because of their balanced portfolio but I will look at the two you mentioned. Thanks.
