Their holding is sunk cost. Their average cost is irrelevant. They will be looking at the best way of extracting value from their stake.

It's not entirely up to them. Polygon's stake is key. If a big pharma saw enough in the data to think it might be worth something with proper development, and made a bid at, say, 60p, and Polygon accepted, I think more than 1/3 of remaining shareholders might be glad to get something back. I don't think Polygon want to hang around for A2P3.

The shareholders are quite literally the company, RM works for us. I think it’s quite reasonable for shareholders to want the board to tell them what’s going on.

I don’t think they know things that we don’t, but they might use their knowledge a bit more clearly than some of us.

Yes, butthen they'd have to bid for the whole thing and I'm not sure that's what they want. I would imagine they're looking for the best possible exit, rather than owning the whole thing. I wouldn't be surprised if they but on dips to increase stake to increase influence, but I'd be very surprised if they ended up bidding for the company.
