Im not certain they are in issue woody. The RNS states on or around 14th and the company fundamentals, even on this site state 407.....I'm confused thus the question?

Are we not going to see �1m shares hit the market very shortly (and nothing to do with YA/BS, which appears to be this mornings chat item) The RNS states on or around 14th May...as yet they don't appear to have been issued. As they bought the shares at 2p the sellers can walk away with a healthy 25% profit by selling at 2.5p. Now they may like to stay invested or have forward sold, but surely the sp will drop below the current range. Your thoughts would be appreciated? Best wishes. Freddie

Thats a very good point nomlungo and I suspect he has. The acid test for how informed investors feel about Valirx is, in my opinion, how quickly the �1m sell from tomorrow onwards and how much they rise before becoming hopefully sparse. Should be fun watching.

Deal rumours started some weeks ago when Val stated they were in discussions with big pharma. Fridays news that a well known investor has increased his stake has also speculated the potential for a good future for the company. All this positivity has to be offset against �1m raised a week ago together with incessant ramping/deramping. As far as Im concerned I'm reasonably happy with the current status quo and look forward to promised news. Fingers crossed for all longterm investors
