One day....Valirx may follow other bios, such as PYC.........GM said it was virtually impossible for participation as too far inside......but not so hard is it!....I know it was only a token for PYC....but it means so much to shareholders.
Dr Jim Millen (CEO), Dr Paul Harper (Chairman) and Dr Christophe Chassagnole (COO) have participated in the Fundraise in the amounts of £3,000, £5,000 and £3,000 respectively (the "Directors' Participation") and will be issued 85,715 Ordinary Shares, 142,857 Ordinary Shares and 85,715 Ordinary Shares respectively. On Admission, Dr Millen, Dr Harper and Dr Chassagnole will be interested in, in aggregate, 530,356, 668,564 and 602,723 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 0.55%, 0.70% and 0.63%, of the Company's then enlarged issued share capital.

Especially as Paulie attended the GMeeting when neither George or Satu could make it...He was one of only five shareholders who attended and the only one who didn't stay immediately after the vote...Nice guy though but contacted me afterwards....was unhappy with proposed removal of both George and Satu...he thought Val would lose all its core skills... Guessing it's remaining shares being shaken out by impatient 'lucky' investor involved in last placing.....wish all Valirx shareholders had been invited to participate. But who knows!
