The Company's issued share capital following the issue of equity noted above will comprise 54,062,373 ordinary shares of 0.1p each with voting rights.
I'll be watching the sp with interest as this may quickly sort out the flippers.....

If a metric for performance is based on the future share price...would it not be sensible for the company to base it on the lowest starting position..

It was pleasing to read yesterdays placing included an invite for shareholders to participate.
Albeit, over time, the sp usually drops to the placing price...it isn't necessarily the case with promising companies.
my point is, that Valirx new management has come to the party and respected shareholders.
I look forward to great things to come.
No more griping from me......I'm pleased with the outcome of OUR revolt.
Patience is now necessary.

Makes me wonder what George and Co were up to at the London Office apart from being conveniently close to his favourite pub. Must have been wonderful particular with one or two sincere shareholders picking up the bar tab....
Personally, I feel I feel the rent in Nuneaton will be a bargain.... particularly in the current economic climate....good communications links....radiating out Nationally.. not too far away from my favourite local ...Greyhound by the canal.
