Well Scott I have to admit I am a bit gutted that I’m going to be that much older for £1 party! I haven’t really read the board today but I’m guessing there are a lot on here that will be irritated when I say that I believe the party will happen and that at least the mine will get built. They think I don't really get the effects of the dilution and actually I do. But I suppose I never really had a share price that I hoped we would achieve in the long run or an amount of money I would make and I always thought it wouldn’t be plain sailing. But I do understand the frustration of those that worked out their target share price on company value etc (or I think I do)! It is going to be a difficult few months but I always think I’ve been quite realistic so good luck to everyone and one day I do believe all will come good - I never thought it would be easy making money and whatever anyone thinks of the finance there is so much good going on in different areas of Sirius

Speaking for me I think you have to be able to accept the fact that the amount of money you’ve got invested in Sirius might not do much for the next few years. One always likes to think that money makes money. I’ve tried to explain to people I’ve almost written this investment off for a few years and obviously I don’t like the fact I’ve a paper loss and would rather I hadn’t - there’s only been a couple of days when I’ve wished I could walk the dog past the site bec looking at the progress on the website reminds me why I invested. Today isn’t one of those days though - and I know it is for quite a few on here but for me I’m just relieved we’ve made progress on Stage 2 and we’re not going to have to slow the build down - but I do appreciate everyone thinks differently!

Not a money maker in short term maybe but unfortunately when it is a money maker in the long term you may not be around to say ‘I told you so!’ Or maybe you will be - and if you’re at £1 party in probably a good few years from now and it’s the ‘in-share’ with divs much nearer and SP is flying I will come and find you and tell you that personally!

sxx4me - you’re right I’m struggling with the maths esp with all the bonds - and obviously I feel for lth’s especially the ones that have had little return for so long but like many things in life it’s just so out of our control. It’s always a guessing game as to how profitable an investment is going to be - okay so our shares will be less profitable this morning bec there are a load more of them but maybe this morning this company will be more profitable in 10 years time than we ever imagined - who knows

In the long run we need to have the institutional Investors supporting this share don’t we? It might mess with the SP in the short term but surely it’s the long term benefit that counts? I know our shares are diluted but unfortunately us PI’s can’t finance this mine on our own.

I also feel we would have had a general update by now if Stage 2 negotiations were going to be much delayed. Or in my view we should have had. The fact we haven’t I think means it’s all sorted and we’ll hear very soon - maybe a day or two late but not a lot longer. I actually had a secret feeling we might hear some news this afternoon but that obviously was way off the mark ..... unless..... !

After months of talking about Stage 2 and now it’s nearly upon us - even if it’s a bit late - it’s coming! I feel I’m waiting with bated breath for unknown news and although I am completely positive about Sirius I can’t help being nervous/excited! So for that reason - and I know it’s very uncool on share chat - I just want to say Good Luck to Everyone and thank you for explaining all the different scenarios - let’s hope we end up with one of the positive ones!

I think if I’d bought in before planning and held and held and held throughout everything you’d be bound to feel a mixture of emotions towards your Sirius shares - pride, frustration etc. I know how I feel after under three years! It’s certainly a journey - I can’t imagine being in from the beginning - anyone who has I hope they get their rewards

Brad - I hope you get to enjoy your divs as well - as I’m sure you will - no one knows what’s round the corner but I don’t think you should give up on your 160mph mobility scooter!

It was actually a very old garden dome with lots of leaks which could have let rainwater through and think he may have lived on mice and rats. He was so thin and dehydrated and could hardly meow - it’s a bit of a mystery how long he was in there but he’s called Tigger and Tigger in Winnie the Pooh liked bouncing just like the Sirius share price (trying to stay on topic)!

Well .... I’m glad AlanG is back - don’t really get why he should have been the one suspended. I think it’s been quite a good week for Sirius. Obvs we are all very keen to hear about Stage 2 but yesterday’s news was positive so why not take that into the weekend? Anyway I am - plus my cat was found locked in a shed - he was missing for 5 weeks and I had given up all hope for him. I know that’s giving details of my life and off topic but I see it as a very positive thing and relevant bec I’m not going to look at the worst like I did with my cat - from now on I’m looking at the best that can happen in the long run and forget all the **** days in the meantime!

I think there’s a lot of money being held back to see what Stage 2 brings. There’s been so much talk of dilution people are naturally cautious. This company has been ‘business as usual’ every day progressing at super fast rate whilst the SP has remained a big focus for some - even with Stage 2 dilution news the SP has been held back for so long it could be very interesting - who knows what’s going to happen! Exciting times!

These announcements take time but they are always worth waiting for - all building up to why we’re all here

There was a time when I thought SL was quite ‘happy clappy’! Though I’m sure he’d never admit it but have to say he was never a sheepie!

To follow on a little from Emily’s theme - my daughters boyfriend came back home with her today - he’s recently returned from skiing with his mates from uni who are mostly from the North. The first thing he said to me was all his mates are invested in Sirius and extremely positive - they were telling him about it and he said that it was old news to him as he already knew about it (from me)! Still - it made me smile and the good thing was my ‘we’ve got enough shares husband’ was in the room! Ps Happy Birthday Mr.dt!
