What needs to happen is an answer to the 5 page list of concerns/questions that CF & BOD have received from ShareSoc - think it might need to be more than a couple of paragraphs

It’s a brilliant letter - being a Sirius shareholder is one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done - thought it was easy at first! - but at this point faced with what we’re facing thank goodness for ShareSoc! Not being funny but if you feel like I do at the moment - join!

It’s quite complicated!! Thank you! I’m still trying to get my head around why they would want to do that now - does it give any indication of what they are expecting to happen or are they working with someone else? How would they make money? Feel like I’m in the middle of an A level on share buying and it’s a big jump up from GSCE and I’m about to fail because I’m not grasping it!!

I know it’s been discussed - but I wondered if anyone would mind explaining to me why they think Polygon are buying so many Sirius shares - why would they?

Hi IBAB - I’ve changed my mind - I am going to invest in shares. I’ve been for the first time reading the boards of other shares and what I am going to do in future is read, listen and keep quiet - or try to. But the shares I’m probably going to invest in have very quiet boards. But I might choose one that on a much lesser scale is a bit of a punt and fun to follow! Sirius SH’s might be unique and I’m guessing this board has been a bit as well. I don’t regret being part of it and will take what I’ve learnt from it with me. That’s why I’m still here and joined ShareSoc - I want to do my bit to ensure that those have been on this rollercoaster ride get heard and listened to and get their questions answered because we deserve that at least.

IBAB - you talk like they’re not getting the deal of the century! C’mon you know they are - that’s why you’re so interested!

CF & BOD have gone into complete radio silence. In stark contrast to the last years. I still think they owe it to their SH, a lot of whom are unique in terms of investors to give them as much information as they possibly can - it’s not like the company didn’t know the profile of their SH some of whom have been their since before planning. Only very recently they were telling SH who phoned IR that the SR was ongoing. We were in the middle of a SR - who was AAL best for - CF & BOD or SH’s or the company? Without an explanation what are investors meant to think? Trust has gone for many. It goes without saying it’s important to ensure the success of the mine but AAL will need the support of the local area that Sirius have spent years and money building up. Maybe it’s something that those who haven’t been LT SH’s and followed all the company updates/investor presentation won’t understand. I’m relieved I’m not local to have that constant reminder of what might have been as a LT SH - I’m not sure some will ever get over it. The fact that so many SH’s feel as they do is reason enough to keep the pressure on the Company to be more transparent and thank goodness ShareSoc are addressing this.

IBAB - re your last post - okay then - but aren’t SH owed some sort of update/explanation/answers - or do SH not count for anything anymore - one thing’s for sure they weren’t dismissed at planning/OO offers etc etc

I do feel bad for coming on here changing my tune. I do know that you win some and you lose some with investments. And normally I would accept I got it wrong, put it behind me, learn and move on. But if so many Sirius investors most of them so much cleverer than me are questioning what’s being going on in the last year or two, and feeling like I feel right now then we can’t just sit back and do nothing.

We have to know whether we were just unlucky due to Brexit, Trump and our politics and timing or whether it was more than those things, and we would never ever have had a good investment with Sirius because it was always going to turn out like this. They’ve nearly got the numbers now at ShareSoc to put some real pressure on and get some answers. If it was all above board and we were just unlucky then at least we’ll always know that instead of wondering. So if anyone still hasn’t joined and feels they’re not comfortable - join and make it more difficult for CF & BOD to hide away as they are doing now and make them answer what we are not understanding.

Not me and will never invest like I did with Sirius again - lesson learnt

To be honest think all of us are very aware now of what can go wrong - and on our alert. It’s difficult to co-ordinate snd these times for SH’s in Sirius are extraordinary times. All we want are some questions answered and we’re not getting that from CF and BOD. I’m grateful to those that are leading this for us and I’m not worried about giving the details required.

Jessell - I know I’ve got on your nerves on here big time and I’m sorry for that. I’m also sorry it didn’t work out and I wish you all the best.

Jessell - last week I admit I was upset but actually this week I feel better about it all. I’ve resigned myself to it. Life goes on. Just want to get some answers because some things don’t add up to me. If you don’t and you’re happy with it all - that’s fine.

Hi devonplay - that is something I have been thinking hard about. Yes there were some - casa, sippn00b and IBAB come to mind. I had some argumentative posts will all of them initially but ended up respecting what they were saying. I believe IBAB - just think he’s interested - if I’m wrong then just add it to the rest. Plus they weren’t ever rude. SL I listened to initially when he changed his views but when he started all his sheepie stuff I went from liking his posts to getting annoyed by them. A lot of negative posters just made me switch off -and react - which I regret - bit like the one who posted yesterday that Chesh responded to.

But it’s easy to say after the event who you should listen to - even now it’s hard when everyone’s faceless and you don’t know who is who. But even after all this should you buy and sell shares by what’s written on here? Plus I don’t think I was wrong about many investors not posting on board remaining positive. If you think about it there were 85,000 shareholders and how many post on board and FB? If you’re not positive about BOD I still don’t understand why you would continue to hold shares. I am still holding now because I want some answers and after all this I want to invest in Sirius - I do know that’s gone now but I’ve decided not to sell until I have to

Verbally twice - he spoke to me for much longer than he needed to - over 15 mins each time.

Part of my investment strategy with Sirius has always been to rely on information from the company. I was always pro CF and BOD because I always believed in the message they were giving out. Is that naive? Maybe now - but if you’re going to invest in a company surely you can’t unless you have total faith in BOD?

Right now I’m struggling because as far as I’m concerned as a SH I don’t feel I’m getting enough information from CF and BOD. I want questions answered:

1) who else came forward in SR and why was the AAL route taken? Who was it really better for? Why can’t talks be continued?
2) How far had discussions progressed when I supported company with my 15p in open offer?
3). Something that always bothered me but why when SIrius was flying high in 20p open offer was stage 2 not dealt with then?
4). Why did CF immediately deny wanting to take company privately when it was reported in Mail recently?
5) why did CF change his tune recently towards private investors telling us we’d not taken advice when his previous messages to us had been so persuasive?
6) Why did it seem there were always leaks before SH’s were told of important news?
7) worried by JP Morgan and those connected to it shorting and forcing share price down - was it just shorting or insider trading?
Those are just off the top of my head.

I was recently told by IR to listen to last words from CF in company presentation. I did several time’s and believed what he said. As far as I’m concerned now SH’s much more loyal than me to the company have been left high and dry without answers. However ruthless business is there has to be a certain code of right and wrong and how SH’s have been treated imo is not correct. That’s why I’ve joined ShareSoc - if all those questions are answered and it’s all above board then I can let this go and feel happier and accept full responsibility. Communication in life is vital - if you don’t have that then situations like this arise. Hopefully through ShareSoc we can communicate. For the sake of all SH’s - but most especially for those who live near the mine, invested their life savings and pensions in a local project and will have to see it every day and be reminded of what potentially they have lost we need some answers urgently.

I wonder if the SP is being kept at just above 5.5p to try and get all PI’s to sell - sort of ties in with the risk administration remark from RS
