Things can never happen overnight with these investments (unless you’re very lucky)! but SKA starting to feel like one that’s quietly building in the background. Strong assets, huge demand potential and still massively under the radar compared to where it could be heading. Patience may well pay off here.

The tone on here has been pretty relentless lately, so it’s not surprising the board’s gone quiet. People often step back when the discussion turns into constant deramping.

Apparently Geoff Miller is looking into it with website provider and hopefully resolved soon

I was delighted when investing in GGP helped me recover my Sirius losses. I’m even more delighted now because the dream I always had for Sirius has been achieved here - and more.

Looking back now - there really was no comparison!

Most of all, I’m happy for all investors, especially the friends I’ve made along the way and those who supported each other during the tougher times.

Looking forward to seeing where we go from here …

I genuinely dislike ramping as much as I dislike constant negativity, but I honestly don’t understand the approach you’re taking if you’re invested in Maru.

None of us know exactly how this will turn out. None of us know the full facts behind the delays, the suspension, or what has caused timelines to slip. We also don’t know whether anyone has personally benefited. Presenting speculation as fact doesn’t make it true.

No holder is happy about suspension again but repeatedly posting the same negative assertions in a public forum risks harming sentiment and confidence in the investment we all share. That doesn’t help any of us.

Constructive discussion of risks is important. However, there’s a difference between raising concerns and constantly undermining the company without clear evidence. I’d rather focus on what the company actually delivers when it returns and judge it on that.

At this point, looking back doesn’t help. Future progress will decide everything.

If this stock is such a lost cause, the constant negative posting by some is a bit odd.

It feels less like discussion and more like an effort to frustrate holders and create fear which I’m not sure is having the desired effect!

Ultimately the outcome will be decided by company progress, not a handful of posters going round in circles.

Let’s just see what happens when the company comes out of suspension and judge the news flow from there.

If it turns out to be a disaster, then fair enough - say what you like. But there’s also a good chance some of the current narrative won’t age very well!

Andi has been around long enough for people to judge his credibility for themselves. Personally, I think his balanced approach is valuable.

It would be good if the board remained focused on sharing information rather than discouraging new investors through personal remarks.

Sadly I don’t think that’s ever going to happen here with certain posters, but most readers are capable of seeing through it.

I listened to Jason’s interview yesterday and, to me at least, it did exactly what people have been demanding for months: acknowledged shareholder frustration, addressed the challenges behind the scenes, strengthened the team with new appointments, and made it clear Maru now has more of his direct focus.

None of us know the full complexity of what’s been going on operationally, but the tone was very clearly one of reset and incoming news flow - not avoidance.

What I do find odd is that some posters appear determined to spin any engagement, explanation, or progress as a negative. If you genuinely hold shares, actively deramping your own investment makes zero sense. And if you don’t hold shares, the obsession is even harder to explain.

Healthy scepticism is fair. Constant bad-faith negativity regardless of facts isn’t analysis - it’s noise. I’m happy to judge management on delivery from here, but at least let them speak without rewriting reality to fit a narrative.

I’ve been invested in Mila for ages but it’ll be all the better with Bamps and his knowledge

While dividends would of course be welcome one day, I agree that the priority should be creating real value from Havieron. After all, that’s the reason so many of us invested in the first place -and we’ve already had more than a significant bonus from Telfer along the way.

When someone gives years of their own time, research and insight for the benefit of others, they’re entitled to manage their own position as they see fit

In my view they’re also entitled to discuss or flag a short-term risk if they think they see one. If a long-term, knowledgeable investor openly shares their thoughts, that’s exactly what balanced research looks like.

Nobody on here is obliged to be permanently bullish or to never sell a share. What matters is transparency and honesty, and that’s something Bamps has always shown in spades.

Anyway, I’m very grateful to GGP this year and to all contributors for their time, honest views and research.

My mum was such a big GGP fan - her favourite share and this is my first Christmas without her, but she would have been thrilled with the progress made in every way this year. In her last year she used to tell me to take money out of her account to buy more GGP shares — not realising she’d run out of money! I always pretended I had!

Happy Christmas everyone — and I think we can look forward to another bumper year ahead.

Honestly, last night was such a great evening. It was good to meet others on the same journey and to feel that everything we’ve been through has been worth it - with so much more still to come.

Shame some of us had to rush off for trains, because it really did feel like a bit of a celebration!

There’s obviously been so much going on with Kilifi - so best to judge when all the facts are known

Feels like Tower’s patience test might finally be paying off. Been here a long time, but good things come to those who wait - and this feels like the start of it 👀

Unfortunately, I can’t make it to the Stroud meeting next week, but I’ve been before and it’s a great experience - not just to listen to Bamps and learn so much, but also to put faces to names and have a proper discussion in person.

Recording it might sound like a good idea, but it brings its own problems. Once a video exists, you lose control over who watches it and how it’s shared. Comments can easily be taken out of context, especially as the information becomes dated.

It would also put extra pressure on Bamps - not just about what he says and how he says it, but about the setup itself: lighting, sound, and overall quality.

While it would be great for more investors to be able to watch, I think the loss of control and the potential downsides would outweigh the benefit.

Bamps really is a star - it’s tiring for him to travel, yet he still makes the effort to share his knowledge so generously. I’ve always tried to combine the trip with something else to make the long drive worthwhile.

Haven’t posted for a while, but I’m still here, still invested, and optimistic about what GGP can bring us in the years ahead.

I realised at the weekend I’ve now been holding for 9 years. A lot has happened in that time, and I feel grateful I’ve been able to stay the course when I know some couldn’t.

It really feels like we’ve moved into the next phase, in the bigger league now. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but patience has always been our strength - and it feels like that’s finally paying off and I’m enjoying being a GGP shareholder again

Just hoping I’m not too old to enjoy the party when that share price we’ve all been waiting for finally comes!!
