I invested in TruSpine for its pioneering spinal surgery that was meant to make procedures less invasive - last I heard it was still with the FCA. What actually happened to that? It feels like it’s been quietly pushed aside in the hope investors would forget about it - at least that’s how it comes across to me.

I genuinely believed this could change lives for the better.

Right now I’m sitting on a 90% loss with 15p warrants that are worthless.

I have actually put money into a couple of Bitcoin Treasury companies, but I chose carefully because they were established and gave me confidence - they were doing it for the right reasons. I’ve disregarded the rest as there is only room for the best imo and the rest will fail

With TruSpine, I’m sorry to say it’s hard to see this as anything other than shareholders being taken for fools - and I’ve lost all confidence after the years I’ve been invested.

I don’t want the company to fail and I want to see the reason why I originally invested - an improvement in spinal surgery to succeed - so I need the company to deliver what it originally promised and give proper updates on that because that’s what I’m interested in

i understand you’re frustrated, many are - and fair enough - we all want accountability and progress. but whilst you say you’re posting so jason sees the “reality,” it’s not just him reading these boards! potential investors might be too, and posts that aggressively attack the ceo or call him a liar can do real damage - not just to sentiment, but to the sp and ultimately our investments.

there’s nothing wrong with voicing concerns - it’s really important. but it’s absolutely possible to raise valid points without insulting other posters or making personal accusations. you’ve criticised others for being blindly positive or idolising jason, but in doing so, you’ve taken the opposite extreme - and honestly, it’s just as unhelpful - if not worse - especially if you influence inexperienced investors to sell on the lows

as for what’s going on behind the scenes between *****on and jason, let’s be honest — none of us can second guess those discussions until facts are released.

i respect your right to speak your mind, but i also object to your approach - because whether you mean to or not, your posts are damaging the very investment we all share

I don’t read LSE much anymore - too many posts seem focused on tearing down companies or their CEOs.

I’ve never understood why someone would keep bashing a business they are supposed to be invested in. Sharing concerns is fine - that’s part of healthy discussion - but constant negativity, especially toward anyone with a positive view raises questions.

It starts to feel like they’ve either sold out, want the company to fail, or have some other agenda.

If you really believe in your investment, that kind of behaviour doesn’t make sense. And if the goal is to “save” others? No need. Most of us do our own research and can weigh different views without the noise.

Jason is ‘all in’ as far as Maru is concerned - he’s invested financially, mentally, and emotionally, working around the clock to make the company succeed

If there’s a buying opportunity on Monday as a long term holder who’s been averaging down over the last year or so (seems forever) the last couple of weeks has confirmed to me why I’ve done that and I’ll probably take the opportunity to buy some more because the war will be ending soon - negotiations have gone to far to fail

Was invested here and thinking of buying back in so been reading the chat for last few days - tbh puts me off investing here again when there’s other opportunities around - just feels like a waste of time when a chat is dominated by a fued

The last few months have gone like a dream with GGP - long may it continue - and it feels like it will

Doc.Daneeka - I respect esteemed, solid credible posters on lse more than you will ever know and the reason I don’t post on LSE much now is because I find posters on lse harder to trust and there is little comeback on them unlike some other forums on which I now prefer to post on. You’ve only got to look back at my posting history on lse to see my frustrations, lack of recent posting here and hopefully see that I’m a genuine investor

However I just don’t think being a respected poster gives you a pass to be rude and call people idiots just because one of them made a spelling mistake when actually I know they are only genuinely trying to help

I’ll just leave it there as don’t want to clog up the board but all I can say i know SNGMS from other forums - completely genuine, big holder and only trying to give up their time to do something constructive to help others

Hopefully some other lse names will come forwards that post on other forums as well because I do completely understand why you might have reservations - further assurance can be given by the email that has been provided - all genuine holders need to work together in what has the signs of becoming a situation that could be very worrying situation for smaller shareholders - I have been involved in similar shareholder groups and given proof of holding and it can be powerful

One reason why I don’t post much on lse these days nessab is because of posts like the one that you have just made.

There are other forums around where SNG is discussed. Personally because of recent events and because I’m worried about my investment I am spending more of my time trying to catch up with other investors thoughts on as many of those forums as possible - including this one - and maybe that’s what others are doing - or are we not allowed?

I think that it is very important that we all stick together and we are all on the same side to ensure that all minority shareholders do what we can to protect our investment as much as we can

All I was doing was passing this in on to you all as it hadn’t been posted yet on LSE

Dear Fellow SNG Shareholders,

We believe it is essential we mobilise in to one SNG Minority Shareholder Group to collect our voices together and do our best to hold Synairgen and TFG to account.

We propose to do this in the following way:

Shareholders are asked to email SNG.MS.Group@gmail.com with their proof of holdings for all their shares in each account held.

They will then be invited to complete a confidential Questionnaire for us to gather contact details, shareholding details and other relevant quantitative and qualitative data.

Once onboarded to the SNG Minority Shareholders Group we will set up secure communication channels and the Group Representatives (yet tbd) will liaise with Synairgen/TFG accordingly.

This Group, its structure and how it operates will obviously evolve over time. If you have particular skills to offer, please let us know when you email your proof of holding.

We would like to onboard shareholders as soon as possible so please do not delay and encourage other shareholders to join us.

I hardly ever read LSE now - but every time I do there’s a Dsymons hiding behind a keyboard - just find it so depressing

I just don’t get why anyone bothers when they are clearly not interested or don’t believe in a company to spend their valuable time trolling - life’s too short

Get a life Dsymons and leave investors/potential investors to have balanced discussion without us having to read rude and disrespectful posts about our CEO
