Be some hungry IIs who will take the lot, i'm intrigued to know how well the business is growing, their expansion into emerging markets is lucrative as margin will be much higher

With that large amounts of cash held, i guess the options for special dividend/share buy back must be on the agenda too

Well looking at recent takeover activity and the latest Hargreaves Landsdown, it all makes CABP a sitting target as the underlying premium in the business must be significant, so any takeover would be well above the current share price imv

No mention of Harwood Capital so i want if they have sold out completely now or are below the non disclosable 3%?

Looks like Harwood have yet to update the market via rns on their reduced holding?

They're already recruiting in the US, so there lies the clue. Business growth is rapid and as many have stated previously, this looks seriously undervalued and make no bones about it, opens the way to predatory interest imv

Whichever way you look at it, this company is emerging to be a solid business, double figures is not out of the question now for the share price

Couple of points of clarity would be useful which i posted a few days ago - if anyone can confirm that would be great:

1. Looking at Renalytix website shareholder information, i cannot see a holding for Harwood Capital? Have they completely sold out or am i missing something as they updated us with their latest rns albeit out of date holding on 14 May?

2. Anyone got link to the recent presenation last week?

Agree, but wonder if they will be forward selling the lot and creating an overhang for us PIs to mop up.

Couple of commercial orders/deals with a workable product needed by many hospitals and this could be an opportunity that comes by rarely.

I assume the additional 50% of buybacks can now come into play. D Bank target £2.50 and remember flexi pay growing rapidly, US up for sale and from original ipo price £4.40 plenty of upside to come
