Once the FCA have been told by the judge that it isn't there to envisage a different or better scheme and compare the fairness of this scheme to a hypothetical alternative and that they aren't minded to go against creditors. The FCA will be far more dogmatic next time around. An equity raise with NSF to go in the pot will have to be negotiated with the FCA up front and I m sorry but we really have a massive first mover advantage in this space. I really think the FCA will show more teeth as these schemes pop up. Not saying that NSF won't find a way just that its going to be much harder.

I think fairness was something the judge was leaving for this meeting..isa pointed that out earlier i believe.

I have this spidey sense that the court won t sanction on the day amd will take a good week to detrmine all the factors around fairness. We have an Mcap in the region of 180m and so to raise another 20m may only require 5 shares to be worth going forward raising another 30m for the immediate pot. My understanding is that equity raises are expensive and timely but maybe we have already prepared this as 'Plan B' and are largely ready for such a placing at say 16-17p? I could stomach that asbyou would still have to believe on relending we ll be north of 35p. With that and slow build in growth of loan book it may take until the end of the year to see 50-60p but i d probably hang around for it...this is pure conjecture and not what i want but it would be entirely 'Amigoesque' if it were reality and fits with the LT II mindset..thoughts anyone?

Arb i don t know about as its a crypto stock and that space is a game of musical chairs. One day the music will just stop. I believe you ll see 300,000 for bitcoin in a couple of years but it won t end well.

US govt may not take kindly to another currency coming along out of their jurisdiction methinks. Lending businesses have been around since the year dot. Its scaleable and understandable and easier to out a value too as opposed to a grand ponzi scheme albet it a very clever one. Each to their own.

My fear for.weeks was getting to a day when you simply can t buy them back. Had a surprise compromise letter with FCA been released which has been feasible for weeks it would have left traders out in the cold. MMs to create liquidity in the market may see a 40-50% jump in a day and then you ll only get a few thousand shares at best.
