I do appreciate your honesty though aspers it must be a bit embarrassing admitting you’ve held something for years and never done anything except lose money, especially when the share price has spiked to decent levels loads of times offering you the opportunity to get out

Fair enough, just seems strange you wouldn’t trade this company, and instead hold for it for years when you have no hope of ever making money, you done very nicely trading salt, but have such a big amount invested here and you’re happy doing nothing but talking about it

Aspers I see you like salt and you’ve done well trading on the ups and downs, and even though it’s almost back to ipo levels you’re still bullish, haven’t you done the same thing here, there’s been plenty of great times to buy and sell Tek, im surprised you’re not doing better here and you dont welcome these buying opportunities

My last post on the subject and it’s copied directly from the article

The pricing range remains the same, with a mid-price of $4.50, implying Tekcapital’s stake could be worth around $26m when GDNT starts trading on NASDAQ.

This is worth more than Tekcapital’s entire market cap of £18m. Tekcapital’s other major holding is in MicroSalt, which is worth around £17m. It also has stakes in GenIP and US-listed Innovative Eyewear.

However im not putting my faith into anything that publication writes, I’ll leave that to you stas you defended it fiercely and comically with Aspers

I can only find articles where they say $50 million

Is realistic, the most recent article from sharesmagazine says Tek’s percentage was likely to be $26 million or £19 million that’s more than our current mcap by itself

Factoring in constraints on selling entire portfolio holdings due to lock-ins and liquidity considerations when deriving a potential TEK share price, a bear case for Tekcapital shares would sensibly be 2x – 3x higher than where they are now, and a bull case could see 5x – 7x.

I found this sharesmagazine article and then checked back to see if it was discussed in this group, it was by mr sour grapes

A friend told me a lot of the money being invested today is by investors doing the opposite of what stas says, apparently it delivers great results
