Just looking at the fundraisers over the last couple of years, doesn’t look like they give PI’s a chance to buy any discounted shares they usually just announce the money is sorted, thats not completely fair is it

For a bottom feeding chancer like me 😊 getting in below the issue price is not an issue, and I’ll sell most of my holding before the next fundraiser

If stas is still reading this, I’d love to see txp 10 bag in the next 6 months, I don’t want anyone there to lose money that wouldn’t make me happy in the least I wished them luck and I meant it

I don’t really want to discuss companies I don’t hold shares in, or don’t plan to buy in the near future, it’s a pointless endeavour I’ll leave to the likes of stas for now

I sold my txp shares and highlighted what are big problems with that company, stas is bitter and twisted about that

Thats a lot of green flags imo

Same goes for salt I’d like them to sell half their position when the share price recovers, maybe around the 85-100p range

They need more investments and you’re right they shouldn’t continue to dilute their investors, they have assets they should sell them first,

I would like to see Tek reduce their position in Gdnt to 30% or even less after the ipo i think it’s a massive deterrent for other big investors when someone else has over 50%

Thanks Couerdelion I am new here so thanks for your help, I noticed the nav has grown each year, I think they’re growing assets before they distribute money to shareholders. Salt could be profitable soon they’re talking to some big companies a McDonald’s, KFC or similar could change things very fast, guident Nasdaq IPO could give investors a better outcome than another aim listing. Looks like Tek are focusing new investments on tech/AI businesses that are best suited for US markets

I’m happy to buy below the 8p placing, it’s pure luck on my part this wasn’t on my radar a week ago, i feel bad for the long term shareholders

The more I look the more I like

Salt looks like a great business the recent contract they announced took a year for the customer to do product development, they have several big names interested and probably working there way through that process, the Tek investment in salt could be worth multiples in 6-12 months time

There’s some suggestion that Gdnt will have a $50 million valuation at ipo our 70% will be worth 11p a share, and Gdnt have loans from Tek the repayments could cover our running costs for several years, if they don’t pay them back on launch

Salt looks seriously undervalued trading just above the last fundraiser price, and we have 58.26% of that business worth £15,374,814 today that covers 6p of our share price.

GNIP and lucyd holdings and cash in the bank is a few million pounds

I think 15p would be a very fair valuation and be 25-30% discount to nav. And who knows what investments might be coming next

This company had just messed up a funding situation when I bought

This company had messed up a financing deal and then snatched a recovery loan to save the situation, so I bought

There’s always a reason, usually it’s a raise significantly below the previous days share price, sometimes it’s a buyout has fallen through but the fundamentals are still strong

It’s my aim investments im talking about and they make up a small percentage of my portfolio

One of my first posts i said im a chancer i jump into stocks that have been beaten down with bad news, i bought this 5 months or so ago. i then try to find reasons to hold but more often than not im waiting for a good time to sell, if this drops back down after another raise I’ll be all over it, im not staying around on thin hopes they survive without more money and price increases in a years time

Better opportunities out there it’s lazy to not search them out i have three companies i like more for a quick bounce Spi, Geni and Tek all of which I bought very recently following a collapse of the share price, 2 of them recently raised cash gla dyor

You’re correct I sold my last few shares this morning they didn’t owe me anything i bought my shares between 6-7p and sold most between 10.5/12p

The biggest problem here is the story looks almost too good to believe, most investors in aim listed companies prefer to see the problems and then ignore them, this company has no real problems to ignore lol

Because 3 or 4 people have similar worries about a few aspects of a company doesn’t mean they are the same person, in the same way you 20 or so posters that refuse to see anything negative are one person

This board looks a lot like the bmn board before they went out of business, so called troll hunters doing their best to shut down anyone that wants to discuss the hard facts

I haven’t invented the problems they exist and they’re there on the RNS
