You don’t need to touch any investments or money in your ISA, people with regular trading accounts will be withdrawing money ready to add to their ISA on or after 6th April when the new years allowance starts again

Interesting! I didn’t know that about trumps son, I was just looking at the directors of guident, Im more convinced now that this ipo will be huge, these guys don’t want to be linked with failures and they know enough people with deep enough pockets to buy the company

Thanks lordmakealot It does feel like a gift buying at below 7p, i was wondering if Gdnt could be sold before the ipo, Elon wouldn’t struggle with the price and anyone else doing something similar to Gdnt might want to kill off the competition before they become a problem. In many ways a quick exit would make sense and would be great news for Tek shareholders

I imagine the longer term holders are pretty annoyed with the delays and the recent raise and I’ve been there myself it’s not good, but I think they’ll do well following the ipo as well, imo this has a lot of upside and sirmarks 15p prediction isn’t outrageous it could fly past that just on what we know, the surprises and unknowns that wozzer refers to could be extra gravy

Im not fully loaded yet but it’s looking very cheap. Just our position in Gdnt and the loans we’ve given them probably exceeds the mcap, that’s providing they get the ipo done it’s taking a lot longer than they expected, the recent raise wouldn’t have been needed if they got the ipo done sooner, but then we wouldn’t have the chance to buy at this amazing price

The past shows a pattern of a quick increase to share price following a fundraiser and following ipo’s and new investments, we’ve had the fundraiser and expect an ipo and there’s a good chance of new investments, this could be the best time to buy for a long time.

From reading some RNSs and presentations it looks like they might be ready to change their ways and become less reliant on future funding, a lot rests on the success of guident but a Nasdaq listing is a different beast from the AIM listings of previous IPOs dyor gla

FDA approval will definitely add significant value but the growth in sales across Europe is happening right now and that is a game changer, there’s no problems getting paid by national healthcare providers like you often have with US insurance companies. New NHS contracts will probably land soon as well

I do like this business, it’s why I still have a small holding and why I still read this board and get emails from the company when they have news to report. they are in the right space at the right time, good flow rates and a VAT refund and this is a clear winning imo

Btw I just bought Spi spire healthcare last week because it was on the biggest fallers of the day list, and I know next to nothing about that business as well, I just buy when the price is very low then do 30 minutes research to decide how deep to go and how long to hold

Just before I get back to just reading the board and not contributing, stas yesterday you asked John if he had an answer from Paul about buying shares in this company, is that the same John you accused of being an insider trading twat last week, if so do you think you wasn’t answered because of that outrageous insult

I bought shares in this business when it showed up on the biggest loser of the day list and hovered around the 6p to 7p range for about a month or two, I’ve fine very nicely here. And Im not about to trash this business every day so don’t worry about that. I opened an account so I can filter those that do that. We can all read the company statements and make our own decisions based on the facts, you guys know far more about this company than me and about the sector

Imo That’s why they need excellent cr3 flow rates, and a speedy recovery of the VAT

they’re already struggling with paying the interest and are falling short of the terms of the loan, this isn’t a strong position to start negotiations. They’ll almost certainly get the financial situation sorted but it will be at higher interest rates, or dilution which might be better because it doesn’t need paying back and means they could get a more manageable loan
