You really shouldn’t fall in love with investments stas you wrote more positively than anyone about txp Tek panr and others and they all ended up being hated and the focus of your negativity

Txp will be a buy not Tek typo

I sold Tek it was getting close to the half year report, but I will buy again after they announce the lower NAV

Tek will be a buy imo when the cash situation is sorted, bit to much risk before that happens I don’t think the bank will lend more money and a fundraiser will not be at a premium that’s for sure

I hope when they sort out the short term liquidity problem they get enough cash to take care of the longer term liquidity issues, otherwise it’s a never ending process of having a fundraiser every 6-9 months. Thats been the death of a lot of similar businesses and mining companies because they just require so much cash. And when you start thinking $100 a barrel is the norm is usually when it returns to $50-60 a barrel

Wonder if Mr PB will buy a few shares, timing is everything the question is if he thinks there’s a better entry level coming or if this is it. Actions speak louder than words let’s see if he acts or not

For the record i dont hate txp i bought at sub 7p and started selling at near 12p back down to 10p I did quite nicely thanks, I gave my reason for thinking it was only going downhill from there, it wasn’t a secret though the company told us about the $10 million black hole, and about falling short of the loan requirements

A few people tried to point out these problems but stas spent a lot of time trying to convince everyone here it was just one person who had multiple accounts and an agenda

PB didn’t buy any shares after saying he would, to me that was another warning that there was no good reason to buy at that point

I hoped i was wrong I would have preferred that than watch good intentioned investors lose again

If you only want to believe the highlights and ignore the going concern section because oil and gas prices were going up it’s always going to be a gamble, the company knew about the rising o&g prices and they wrote the warnings clear enough with that fact known

Unfortunately when you pay for something with someone else’s money it doesn’t add nothing to your assets, it just goes to the liabilities. Everything was laid out pretty clearly in previous RNSs PB hasn’t lied about the current situation

ThermoFisher partnered with vericidx VRCI, initially everything was good but then they slowed things down significantly and that hurt VRCI and the share price has been spiralling downwards and fundraising has happened a couple times since. Just saying don’t hang all your hope on that partnership bringing in the big money they can afford to wait and drive small businesses into bankruptcy if it’s in their best interests

The company said the ipo was expected by the end of 2025 and by February 2026 Tuffax called it delayed, that idiot definitely has his eye on the ball 😂
