Trades imply Duroc could now be 0%20 Feb 2021 12:35
If not something interesting afoot.
We got the notice of holdings on Thursday 18th.
Duroc on the 16th had reduced their holdings from 13.01% to 10.89%. They had sold some 1.559 million shares. The number of trades on 16th Tuesday was circa 2,540 million that was enough to cover the total amount leaving plenty excess for "ordinary shareholder" trades.
Then we have Wednesday, 3, 050,900 shares traded, Thursday, 5,080,260 shares traded and Friday 1,366,534. In total 9,5million shares traded we'd, thur, Fri.
If that is enough to take their 7.992,209 then maybe they are out.
I have only counted the shares traded on the LSE market not the EURO exchange.
My point is.
1. If they are out (Mon rns maybe) who is buying the shares?
2. If they are not out, where is the sudden ramp up and interest coming from.
It is good that after an institutional sale of some 2.12% of our companies shares we are still trading at a similiar price to last week. Jmo
