my idea also - gladly let a few points go to the MM's to free the cash. As soon as RNS comes out the price will immediately shoot to just below offer.

shares would not be suspended straight away - MM's would move price to just below offer (making slight margin), your call to sell at that point or wait for full take over at true price.

as long as the sheep stay away we will climb steadily. Obiviously not many shares about, hence the tick up as soon as a small few buys go in. Just imagine what the sp will do once news is out and those sheep come to graze :-)
