"At a minimum, it has a world class partner, a farmout at Dewar which could add another well, and licence results from the 32nd round. Drilling success at either Selene or Pensacola would be transformational. Not assuming drilling success, and with a big chunk of cash in the bank and funding through to the end of 2021, I expect Cluff to trade at 2.50p during the first half of 2020. A little patience may be required, but the share price is at historic lows and I think the potential upside vs the cash backed downside will set the stock in motion before long."
