They are not invested yet - looking for buy in price. Pretty standard stuff, it's near the bottom of the range so the bear case is that the sheik will pull his money, the bull case when it comes is that this will be worth billions, news around the corner etc. The bigger selling only really starts around 1.20/1.30 so down here is a fairly safe bet imo. No advice
