I have researched the directors they seem ok but no history for echo

Just come across nativo it was mentioned on another bb.I have had a look not great history but it looks like from the outside they have a small mine with a vein of gold near surface seems ok to me as other people are mining this to.I will probably invest as this is a microcap company if earnings arrive boom.Only thing I need to know are the directors upfront or a bunch of shysters.There is possibilities here only if board play straight.Bit blunt but it's a need to know question.
