That's what is annoying biggest changes in marulas history and suspension for accountants rules.

There is a biztec video out discussing company suspensions apparently there are 16 companies suspended because of these accounting rules.Marula is a very complicated company accounts promised but not delivered .I think blesburgh has thrown a spanner in the works trying to pin down the numbers.very disappointed can only look ahead.

Will the suspension be across the release of blesburg numbers or can they be released as information for when suspension is lifted.

NAV does not determine the sp.It supports the sp if sp is below nav value this is the risk factor markets have priced in???.

CONFUSED??????.Another date that sp does not react normally.7 to1 on buy side no movement.The other day a £60 sale dropped sp 3.5%.I know there are market games but this is getting painfull.

Well said always invest in management and the story.If both are ok invest.Years ago I invested in an oiler they found gas off Africa.The CEO said announcement at AGM 3 weeks away.I bought in and waited as we approached the AGM volume of sales started to increase I thought this strange.Then 2 days before meeting sp began to fall I smelled a rat and dumped it all.At the AGM he announced a share dilution to his mates at 55% discount to the sp.What a twat and he did not give a hoot.The sp fell from 90p to 42p straight away people where shocked by this.The sp never came back and at moment sits at 0.25p so that worked out well.

Very interesting post .I invested in marula at start of year.I trade 1 third and hold 2 thirds.My average is now 10.6p at over 300k shares.It can take nearly all morning to sell down if volume is low.I have been into shares for more than 35 years.Marula is quite unique in many ways it is equipment rich and a minnow of a company it has strong backing and does move very fast for a mining company.I follow the story the basics are marula is an expanding company very close to having real money in the bank we will discuss closer to end of q4 should be very interesting.

I read this board every day not invested now .The last shares I sold was at 76p.I lost faith when it was bigged up before delay announcement.I think personally Keith has no say minority shareholder with a state company totally different outlooks and targets.He has to dance to the the tune of state planners not a nice position to be in.I have said before zombie project.EMH is part of a bigger plan shareholders will not get a look in.Another thing to watch out for any offer will priced at VWAP dead duck here.

Same response in sp I reckon if they dug up fountain of youth sp would drop.Very underwhelming not enough volume.

Most of discharge curve at or below 3v.This means for the same size of capacity batteries need to be bigger.More weight and more packaging not good for cars but are cheaper than LFP so trade offs are needed.
