They’ve got to do c12m in H2!!

That means that DRC needs to be worth 1.5 pcm minimum and needed to have started two months ago. On the back of a fag packet calcs admittedly - but if DRC is worth 1.5m/pcm, that’s 18m pa at an expected 25% of post Covid travellers.

BUT they’ve already stated that DRC is only expected to see 6m in it’s first 12 months - so an additional 0.5m/pcm.

So that takes you to 8x0.6m to the end of August (5.4m) and 4.4m thru to Chrimbo IF DRC starts 01/09. So that’s give 9.8 by year end? Gotta find another c6m somewhere then to get to 15.7???

I won’t be surprised if we’re still waiting to sign DRC at Christmas.

Based on that - we are imminently moving from rev’s of just over 0.5m/pm to a minimum of about 1.8m/pm to see just shy of 1m put. They didn’t make a profit at 10m revs.

That’s quite a subdued RNS for such a transformative development then - given that my maths assumes commencement of services in DRC in the next fortnight.

So they didn’t post a profit out of 10m rev’s. They’ve done a little over 3m in H1 and still expect to do enough in the last four months of the year to see nearly 1m profit despite DRC looking iffy on start up timings.

I’d assume that means a minimum of c 2m a month from here to Chrimbo’ as opposed to 0.5m to this point?

Is DRC therefore worth 18m a year from kick off? - at 25% of anticipated post Covid revs??

There aren’t any profits this year yet. Careful comparisons show that H1 2021 was marginally better than a $hit H2 2020. Very selective.

People (Maccers for example) ) will read what they want to read into that. Not a peep (actual explanation) as to why they are deploying and incurring expense despite still not having a contract. Very Tema-esque.
