I would suggest we don’t ‘know’ diddly. We set up Germany for this reason. We’re told (before the extent of the sanctions were known) that various ‘key’ issues were resolved. That was six months or so ago. We, and/or partners, clearly aren’t comfortable enough, despite fiddling with suppliers and facilities for the past eight months or thereabouts , to commit.

Then there’s the failure to convert the “at least” MoU - or any of the other Xnumber anonyMoU’s, many of which have been running for YEARS.

We might not be reliant on the SPV/Etc. But there is evidently something outstanding and we’re unlikely to be told what it is.

That even made me chuckle. Oh, for Donald/or sssociates to have been on that.

I wasn’t likening the companies position to that time. Just how much time easily passes here beyond reasonable expectation of optimistic posters, based on WSG output. “Last remaining issues” at that time. I still think the suggestion that weren’t sanction busting and might circumnavigate sanctions was wishful thinking at best.

And i’m always ready to be picked up on anything said that is inaccurate/unreasonable. I said back in September that we’d probably still be talking about this in March. Got slagged off. That’s not far away now. Nor is the next AGM. Time flies. Will Peter have to stand up again empty handed? Now we’ve got expectations that aren’t expectation’s because they’re caveated and haven’t happened (still a week to go I suppose).

I remember falling out with H&N. He was giving them until October. Can’t remember whether that was ‘16 or ‘17. I say what I think, not the blind hope that other’s ‘books’ seemingly oblige them to spew.

As I think I have said before - the cycle is WSG’s. Disappoint and repeat - rely on caceats. I have to repeat myself in response to groundless optimism. Typically my ‘negativity’ has ultimately been seen to be optimistic

And it’s academic, if we haven’t nailed those sanction busting, outstanding, key issues.
