You could probably draft a contract shortly after GAP analysis, no? Lots of prep having been done before the MoU is signed.

If we have leant nothing else, surely it’s that the contents can be largely disregarded. Dissecting and tormenting over meaning and extrapolating timescales and/or readiness is just nonsense.

Statistics and history suggest that PF will host yet another AGM with nothing to show for all that “key focus”.

I think investors are very jumpy at the moment. I thought the SP was on it’s arse anyway. ‘Still room to drop though, seemingly. Don’t know why they put that EBITDA target and ‘comfortably exceed” expectation into the market so early in the year - when clearly discussion/commitment on various large deals were dubious.

I hope the new nomad/and those bluechips, allow the BoD to be more informative. Effusive even - if it’s warranted.

Ultimately they need to write some serious business and move away from smaller scale, time consuming niches.

They need a succession of good news RNS’s. Too much goes silent, AWOL, delayed. It’s not all Hutton’s fault.

Sentiment is shite. No tangible sign of substantial bluechips. Bosch nearly two years into their agreement. Starting to understand why MR is only invested nominally.

African cash unlikely to pitch up anytime soon else there was no need to RNS at all. Where did that £500k ebitda prediction come from, so early last year, when business/payments are evidently so volatile/unpredictable?

IF it was the former - then are we to assume that none of the other anonyMoU’s have reached the status of “draft contract” 🥳 despite years of flights and negotiations, at “different stages”. A peek at “Project Persia” or whatever it was called gives an insight on a complex project. Hmm.

So, depressingly. It’s either just the one draft contract in hand (plus Iran, of course, and the “at least” seconder that also failed to get over the line, but no draft contract there so far?) or sprinklings.

Has often been speculated to be the original EA MoU. PF wouldn’t be ‘effusive’ about it because of six years of false dawns. And if the only fairy dust they could manage to sprinkle on the last RNS was a draft contract on a six year old project - then what does that say about progress on the other anonyMoU’s.

Conversely I think Zanzibar would be ideal. ‘Has it’s own airport authority, I believe (autonomous to Tanzania I think) but T’ probably still influential nevertheless - so plenty of scope for complexity and delays. An ideal fit then. IMO.

Haven’t South Sudan and Somalia had mentions in the past? Burundi? Too small perhaps.
